We are committed to forging long-term partnerships with our clients by creating and delivering robust and flexible services that address the changing needs of their business.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Institutional Sales Executive \u2013 Tyres<br \/>\nLocations:<\/strong>\u00a0Kano, Abuja and Asaba-Delta<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nResponsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accountable for the sales revenue, profit and collection targets for his\/her territory.<\/li>\n<li>Work with sales team to achieve company objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Develop the sales strategies per channel.<\/li>\n<li>Achieve and maintain the company\u2019s prescribed sales standards with regards to tyres\u2019 sales operations, which improves and maintains company and brand image and prestige<\/li>\n<li>Achieve or exceed the allocated sales target for the tyre products, thereby ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and repeat sales<\/li>\n<li>Achieve or exceed the target on number of prospects logged which ensures achievement of company\u2019s business objectives and a larger customer\/prospect base<\/li>\n<li>Constantly improve and update knowledge, especially product range, features, general automotive industry, new features and their benefits, technical developments, market trends, selling techniques and customer handling skills which in-turn enhance performance considerably<\/li>\n<li>Analyze the sales figures and management of major accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Keeping up to date with products and competitors, and report to management relevant market intelligence.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with supply chain and finance department in order to ensure that customers\u2019 demands are fulfilled accurately on time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification &amp; Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc\/HND in any discipline<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 3 years\u2019 of experience in tyre sales<\/li>\n<li>Experience\/ understanding of logistics<\/li>\n<li>Dealer and distribution experience<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of MS Office<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Attributes<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Able to deal effectively, openly and positively<\/li>\n<li>Must have a good command of the English Language and any of Igbo, Yoruba or Hausa Language<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organisational skills and ability to show initiative<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated, reliable and confident<\/li>\n<li>Positive attitude and ability to work well with others<\/li>\n<li>Competency in the analysis of the market situation and in identifying customer needs<\/li>\n<li>Ability to deal effectively with pressure and stress<\/li>\n<li>Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)<\/li>\n<li>Possess organisation and time management skills with demonstrated ability to follow sales process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Sales Executive \u2013 Building Materials<br \/>\nLocations:<\/strong>\u00a0Kano, Abuja and Asaba-Delta<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nResponsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Achieve or exceed agreed sales and Gross Profit (GP) targets.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate all aspects of the sales process from initial enquiry\/RFP through to closing of the opportunity.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and develop sales \/New Business and GP with existing and new customer base.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and make contact with new potential business opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Establish key accounts with major players in the marketplace.<\/li>\n<li>Tender for new business and follow-up enquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Follow-up quotations.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure optimum customer service at all times.<\/li>\n<li>To manage customer accounts and to achieve sales, gross margin &amp; collection budget for designated geographical region.<\/li>\n<li>To develop new customers and sales channels for continuous growth.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up after sales services to ensure customer satisfaction and provide quality services to customers.<\/li>\n<li>Regularly seeks out and acts upon feedback from customers.<\/li>\n<li>To market and promote company products and services to customers.<\/li>\n<li>To monitor and report market and competitor activities and outlook<\/li>\n<li>To execute internal projects i.e. Sales Action Plan (SAP) and tasks in line with company strategy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification &amp; Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND\/B.Sc in any discipline<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a Manufacturing\/Construction related industry.<\/li>\n<li>Market understanding and relevant experience in building materials industry.<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record selling to institutions, especially to big industries.<\/li>\n<li>Independent, good interpersonal skills, results driven &amp; able to work with minimum supervision and with strong sense of responsibility.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication with written, spoken and presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent mathematical skills to calculate measurements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Attributes<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Self-motivated and hardworking.<\/li>\n<li>Result driven with constant desire to earn high income.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and writing skills.<\/li>\n<li>Confident and determined.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in any of Igbo, Yoruba or Hausa language.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Software Sales Executive<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct cold calls to prospective clients and fix appointments for physical client meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Offer products and services to clients through demos.<\/li>\n<li>Build and document sales activities in company CRM software and document activities.<\/li>\n<li>Handle customer presentation, quotes, RFIs and RFPs.<\/li>\n<li>Offer necessary product knowledge and technical expertise translating into successful sales.<\/li>\n<li>Devise go-to-market strategy, setting up product positioning, target customers and end users.<\/li>\n<li>Update sales team and dealer network on new software developments.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate and coordinate with the team to develop selling tools for presentations, demos and trade shows.<\/li>\n<li>Suggest new product concepts, enhancements and potential new partnerships.<\/li>\n<li>Determine, advise and close software sales agreements.<\/li>\n<li>Present proposals on potential clients\u2019 needs.<\/li>\n<li>Present quotes and suggest solutions on customers\u2019 needs.<\/li>\n<li>Uncover potential clients needs to sell solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Stay updated on product information, pricing and contract terms.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure in-depth knowledge of products and technologies, competitors and market conditions.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain full lifecycle of sales process from prospecting to closure.<\/li>\n<li>Any other duty assigned by the Line Manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification &amp;
