{"id":58023,"date":"2018-05-28T10:12:43","date_gmt":"2018-05-28T09:12:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=58023"},"modified":"2018-05-28T10:12:43","modified_gmt":"2018-05-28T09:12:43","slug":"protege-management-job-vacancy-apply-now","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/protege-management-job-vacancy-apply-now.html","title":{"rendered":"Protege Management Job Vacancy &#8211; Apply Now!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Protege Management \u2013 Our client in the financial sector, is recruiting suitable qualified candidates to fill the role below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Psychologist<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nResponsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Crafting and applying principles of psychology to understand company\u2019s or team\u2019s culture and help them achieve company\u2019s objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Give advice on stress prevention and stress management strategies, and teach the staff on handling these techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Develop, implement or evaluate selection procedures, conduct psychometric tests and structured interviews.<\/li>\n<li>Develop training and appraisal programs.<\/li>\n<li>Provide suggestions to the management on how to motivate staff and influence them to increase their productivity and achieve company\u2019s objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Give advice on new technologies like e-learning or virtual team working.<\/li>\n<li>Help the staff members to develop leadership, teamwork and communication skills in them to work efficiently for the company.<\/li>\n<li>Deal with stress and high pressure situations and work stress free amongst the employees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements and Qualities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree of bachelors in Psychology, with a minimum of 2:1 from renowned universities both local or international.<\/li>\n<li>5+ years\u2019 experience with license or certification.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical skills. Able to examine technical information and draw logical conclusions from them.<\/li>\n<li>Communication skills. Must have strong communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Observational skills. Able to watch employee and understand the possible meanings of people\u2019s facial expressions, body positions, actions, and interactions.<\/li>\n<li>Patience. Must be able to demonstrate patient when dealing with staff who have mental or behavioural disorders.<\/li>\n<li>People skills. Must be able to work well with staff and other stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving skills. Psychologists need problem-solving skills to find treatments or solutions for mental and behavioral problems.<\/li>\n<li>Trustworthiness.
