Apply Now"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Airtel Nigeria (Airtel Networks Limited), a leading mobile telecommunication services provider in Nigeria and a member of Airtel Africa Group, is committed to providing innovative, exciting, affordable and quality mobile services to Nigerians, giving them the freedom to communicate, rise above their daily challenges and drive economic and social development.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Key Account Manager<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Employment type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To acquire and retain more post-paid customers and generate revenue for the business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Duties and Responsibilities<br \/>\nResponsible for the implementation, acquisition &amp; retention strategy for prospective and existing accounts in sector of assignment:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for the implementation, acquisition &amp; retention strategy for prospective and existing accounts in the zone<\/li>\n<li>Visit a minimum of 5 Corporate Organizations per day, 25 visits per week, 100 visits per month, therefore for 6 months = 600 visits<\/li>\n<li>Create opportunities to run presentations of our Corporate products to sector of assignment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Responsible for evolving account development plan and relationship management process for accounts in sector of assignment guided by the signed service level agreement:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive the sale and activation of the above products across the sector<\/li>\n<li>Grow the usage of Corporate products in the sector allocated to you<\/li>\n<li>Create exceptional opportunities to sell special products like E1\u2019s, Blackberry\u2019s and data cards in the sector<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Responsible for analysis of competitor\u2019s activities as well as relevant market development and proposing pre-emptive countermeasures:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor the activities of competition and develop or recommend countermeasures to win competition<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Responsible for the day to day management of all Airtel relationships in the sector:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain a sound relationship with all business functions in order to ensure satisfaction in the use of IT systems and manage expectations<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that satisfaction scorecards are administered with all functions to gauge service levels<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Responsible for the weekly and monthly reports on post paid subscribers activities, bill delivery and collection in the sector of assignment:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Report timely, of all initiatives, potential prospects, queries, challenges, call plan and new sales made in your sector Every Friday 4.30pm<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and manage database of all Corporate customers in your sector<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Establish and maintain excellent relationship management with existing Post-paid subscribers within the sector:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Encourage and develop opportunities to have Airtel presence in all CORPORATES, POST-PAID RETAIL &amp; SME COMPANIES in your sector<\/li>\n<li>Encourage ALL existing customer to pay their bills timely to avoid barring, increase debt portfolio and churn within sector<\/li>\n<li>Create symbiotic relationships in events sponsorship with Corporate Accounts with the view to drive the sale of our corporate products and revenue growth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Educational Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related course<\/li>\n<li>3-5 years preferably in FMCG, Consumables &amp;
