{"id":58232,"date":"2018-06-04T16:17:38","date_gmt":"2018-06-04T15:17:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=58232"},"modified":"2018-06-07T10:59:19","modified_gmt":"2018-06-07T09:59:19","slug":"blackbet-ng-recruitment-telesales-agents","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/blackbet-ng-recruitment-telesales-agents.html","title":{"rendered":"Blackbet.ng Recruitment for Telesales Agents"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Blackbet is an online sports betting company offering sportsbook services in the United Kingdom, Ireland and most recently in Nigeria.<\/p>\n<p>Blackbet.ng launched into the Nigerian sports betting market in May 2018 and offers sports bettors a new way to play with exciting markets, bonuses and promotions.<\/p>\n<p>We are currently recruiting to fill the position of a Telesales Agent<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Focus on contacting current and potential customer via telephone to drive conversions on Blackbet.ng<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Growing Blackbet&#8217;s customer base and revenue by signing up sports bettors in Nigeria.<\/li>\n<li>Converting inquiries into sales by contacting potential customers.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to overall team sales by meeting monthly individual targets as well as the team target.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to use Blackbet.<\/li>\n<li>Recommend Blackbet&#8217;s offers and promotions to potential customers to upsell.<\/li>\n<li>Provide customers with product and services information.<\/li>\n<li>Handle customer inquiries\/complaints via email &amp; other channels.<\/li>\n<li>Stay up-to-date with new Blackbet products\/services.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on initial contacts by contacting by telephone.<\/li>\n<li>Record all telephone interaction appropriately on the CRM.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and resolve customer complaints when the need arises.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and escalate priority issues with customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Job Type: Full Time<\/p>\n<p>Qualification: BSc\/HND<\/p>\n<p>Location: Lagos<\/p>\n<p>Job Field: Sales\/Marketing<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Send your CV to <strong>careers@blackbet.ng<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Blackbet is an online sports betting company offering sportsbook services in the United Kingdom, Ireland and most recently in Nigeria.
