In this position, you will play a key role in sharing information about our company and products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Description\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nYour main responsibilities will be to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Market &amp; create strategic partnership with key organizations.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain record of calls through computerized system.<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain a list\/database of prospect clients.<\/li>\n<li>Travel to supervise products for shipment to customer destination.<\/li>\n<li>Increase the company\u2019s revenue\/profit.<\/li>\n<li>Any other responsibility as may be assigned by the CEO.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver customized, targeted sales strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate future sales.<\/li>\n<li>Make multiple outbound calls to potential customers.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor trade negotiations, transactions and culling of prospective buyers &amp; sellers.<\/li>\n<li>Close sales and lead customers through purchasing process.<\/li>\n<li>Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements and Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school degree or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal communication skills; able to demonstrate patience and enthusiasm while communicating with potential customers.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to professionally and confidently communicate with diverse groups of people<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated and proven sales results.<\/li>\n<li>Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential customer.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close.<\/li>\n<li>In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry.<\/li>\n<li>Customer focused to gain sales.<\/li>\n<li>Persuasive and goal-oriented.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Resumes and Cover Letters to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:oge@tradersofafrica.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>oge@tradersofafrica.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Or<\/p>\n<p><strong>Traders of Africa Limited,<br \/>\nNo. 7\/9 Adebisi Oyenlola Street,<br \/>\nIgbo-Efon, Lekki,<br \/>\nLagos.<\/strong><br \/>\nAttention: HR Manager\/ Head Legal.<br \/>\n<strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>15th June, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Traders of Africa Limited is an ecommerce marketplace focused on driving intra-African trade as well as trade between Africa and the world through technology.
