We focus on the proper implementation of technology to improve Client\u2019s business process and operations by automating repeatable functions and activities.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Systems Analyst<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos Island<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nExpectations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements<\/li>\n<li>Develop and analyze functional specifications<\/li>\n<li>Work with management to prioritize business and information needs<\/li>\n<li>Locate and define new process improvement opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Design efficient IT systems to meet business and technology needs<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate developers to build and implement technology solutions<\/li>\n<li>Integrate multiple systems and reconcile needs of different teams<\/li>\n<li>Gather feedback from end users about system performance<\/li>\n<li>Plan and oversee projects (e.g. upgrades, hardware\/software installations)<\/li>\n<li>Provide advice and technical training<\/li>\n<li>Keep abreast of technology trends and developments<\/li>\n<li>Understand Scrum Framework<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What You Need To Successfully Execute This Job<\/strong><br \/>\nRequired Qualification:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Computer Science\/Engineering, Information Technology or relevant field<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2years Post NYSC cognate experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skill Sets:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiar with Scrum framework and DevOps<\/li>\n<li>Proficient use of Team Foundation Server<\/li>\n<li>MSc. is an added advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Business Intelligence Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos Island, Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you are expected to do<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assess commercial viability of all products, services, promos &amp; propositions through financial modelling, price setting &amp; evaluation and development of business cases based on analysis of subscribers\u2019 data, market insights, competitive information and key business metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Develop innovative and effective pricing, bundling and charging strategies that optimize revenues and profitability over the long term.<\/li>\n<li>Efficiently manage all tariffing systems and all operational related issues to prevent human prone errors that may lead to revenue losses<\/li>\n<li>Develop optimal roaming propositions and promotions.<\/li>\n<li>Execute data analytics that lead to the distillation of key business issues.<\/li>\n<li>Present information in a structure that allows management to crystallize issues and articulate marketing strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Provide daily, weekly and monthly roaming reports required by the top management.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct data analysis \u2013 including collecting data, building models, and analyzing financial, operational and\/or statistical data \u2013 in order to support the process of laying down the key strategic priorities for the roaming section.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze the preferred partners\u2019 traffic and revenue in order to ensure accurate calculations and \/or implementation of the IOT discounts and their consistency with the signed contract together with coordinating their proper management within the IT, Settlement and Finance concerned teams.<\/li>\n<li>Study and propose competitive roaming rates and packages in order to support corporate market offers for outbound roaming.<\/li>\n<li>Capture, analyze, document and communicate performance and recommendations of roaming to management on a timely basis for decision making.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor, analyze and forecast the roaming performance and revenues.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with other internal departments in order to gather data &amp; information to update the roaming revenue forecast and raise alarms based on the agreed-on thresholds.<\/li>\n<li>Review contract documentations, roll out planning, and financial settlement processes so as to ensure their effective implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the preparation and implementation of the outbound roaming promotions and setting the products roadmap in coordination with the Products &amp; Services team.<\/li>\n<li>Take Responsibility for the outbound pricing Model preparation\/ implementation\/ maintenance, in light of market dynamics and updated IOT rates so as to ensure enhancing the outbound roaming profitability by providing competitive rates for outbound roamers.<\/li>\n<li>Manage, operate and promote Value Added Services (VAS).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A B.Sc or HND in relevant field<\/li>\n<li>2-3 years post NYSC work experience as Business Intelligence Officer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skill Sets:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vast Knowledge of the IT industry<\/li>\n<li>Sound Analytical Skills<\/li>\n<li>Detailed researching Skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidate should forward their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@coure-tech.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>hr@coure-tech.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>30th June, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>COURE Software And Systems Limited also known as COURE Technologies inc. is a business process automation firm.
