We represent the interest of several institutions in Australia, Canada, Dubai, New Zealand, USA and United Kingdom.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Customer Service Officer<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Reporting to:<\/strong> General Manager<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure excellent customer service is being provided across all the PFL offices;<\/li>\n<li>Be the first point of contact with complaints and carry out initial investigations;<\/li>\n<li>Investigate visa rejects after every intake<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide help and advice to clients on the Company\u2019s services;<\/li>\n<li>Implement customer service procedures, policies and standards for the unit and by extension the Company;<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for maintaining the integrity of feedback or complaints data and procedures for management use with the opportunity to advice reviews as required;<\/li>\n<li>Meeting with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service;<\/li>\n<li>Work with PFL staff to ensure delivery of high customer service standard across the offices;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure increase in the PFL Nigeria client base;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure improved after sales service that leads to increased student referrals and revenue generation;<\/li>\n<li>Conduct PFL Mystery Shopper test to measure staff competence and integrity.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct client or market surveys in order to obtain information about the market.<\/li>\n<li>Any other duties required by management.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate courteously with clients by telephone, email, letter and face to face;<\/li>\n<li>Investigate and resolving customers\u2019 application challenges, which may be complex or long-standing problems;<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for consistent after sales follow up with all PFL registered students to ensure client satisfaction;<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for database of client sponsors to send good wishes from the Company on special days;<\/li>\n<li>Handle complaints or any major incidents involving PFL clients;<\/li>\n<li>Investigate refund requests before escalating to the General Manager;<\/li>\n<li>Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with every client;<\/li>\n<li>Analyze data to determine the level of customer service PFL is providing across all offices;<\/li>\n<li>Render weekly customer services activity and monthly analysis reports to the General Manager and other senior managers as required;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Core Working Relationship:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CRM Officers, Student Counsellors, Virtual Counselling Team, Branch Managers, IDEAS In-House-Reps, Center Manager, Assistant General Manager, General Manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience and Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Undergraduate degree or able to demonstrate the level of key skills required at degree level \u2013 essential<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years work experience in a customer service role \u2013 essential<\/li>\n<li>Significant experience of staff management \u2013 essential<\/li>\n<li>Marketing experience \u2013 desirable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skills and Qualities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Posses strong people skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organisational and time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Sound report writing and analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite<\/li>\n<li>Detail oriented with the ability to multitask.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to discuss and handle strategic and sensitive issues<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of marketing principles<\/li>\n<li>Polite, tactful and friendly attitude<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Applications and CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr.nigeria@preparationforlife.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>hr.nigeria@preparationforlife.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>12th June, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PFL is an international education consultancy with global presence in Asia, Africa, America, Australia, Dubai and Canada and the UK and operating in Nigeria since 1997.
