Headquartered in Lagos Nigeria and having presence in the United Kingdom and China, the company has developed a good business relationship with a vast network of experts around the world.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Sales Executive, Real Estate<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nThe duties &amp; responsibilities are not limited to the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Arrange\/design advertising to promote the property(ies)<\/li>\n<li>To maintain effective relationships with existing clients in order to retain business<\/li>\n<li>Present the Group to potential clients through face-to-face meetings, cold calls and emails.<\/li>\n<li>Schedule and conduct site visits and follow up effectively with client till closure<\/li>\n<li>To develop new business relationships, identify prospects and follow through till the sale is closed.<\/li>\n<li>Utilize systems and coordinates customer service requirements as appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare a proper marketing report on sales activities to superiors through scheduled reporting structure.<\/li>\n<li>Design\/ draft content filled proposals to prospective clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>KPI\u2019s:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generate new leads on weekly basis<\/li>\n<li>Meet at least 80% of monthly target<\/li>\n<li>Increase social media presence by 5% monthly<\/li>\n<li>Number of apartments sold in a month.<\/li>\n<li>High rate of customer feedbackThe number of buyers who have signed you as their exclusive sales agent.<\/li>\n<li>Proper inventory of apartments available.<\/li>\n<li>% on negotiation: Percentage difference between asking and selling price<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good presentation and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in the use of Microsoft packages.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3-4 years\u2019 experience in sales of Real Estate<\/li>\n<li>B.Sc in any relevant Social Science or Acts discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to implore the use of digital marketing platforms will be an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@banksomegroup.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>hr@banksomegroup.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BankSome Group is made up of highly talented, diverse and motivated people who are dedicated to re-defining the business of construction, real estate and property management in Nigeria.
