below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Driver<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Ajah, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nRequirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience as a driver<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of SSCE<\/li>\n<li>Experience with manual vehicles is preferred<\/li>\n<li>Weekend availability is required<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Lekki-Ajah residency is required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Operations Manager (Bakery)<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Ajah, Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Operations Manager co-ordinates and manages the timely production of all product lines to defined quality standards and customer requirements; and ensures the efficient use of resources.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Specific activities include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the day-to-day production schedule for the whole bakery (ie all product lines) in order to meet customer orders and day-to-day over-the-counter sales requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that products meet company quality and quantity standards.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and instigate operating procedures for the efficient use of resources.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that accurate production data is entered into the ERP system<\/li>\n<li>Communicate to the Business Manager on a daily basis regarding operational performance and order completion status<\/li>\n<li>Appraise employee performance using both the formal performance management system adopted by the business and other informal techniques to ensure that employees are continually developed.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and develop training plans for production staff to ensure that the necessary training is effectively carried out either by internal one-to-one mentoring, classroom-based learning or by other training methods.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that equipment is properly maintained to reduce the likelihood of breakdowns<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the adherence to statuary regulations and legislation relevant to the production of food<\/li>\n<li>Ensure daily stock taking of finished products<\/li>\n<li>Perform any other tasks as may be assigned to him from day-to-day<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements\/Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree or HND in Food Science, Management Science or related fields<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in a production\/manufacturing\/baking environment<\/li>\n<li>Experience in food service industry is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills required<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated knowledge of various production management techniques and practices<\/li>\n<li>Self \u2013 starter; must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team<\/li>\n<li>Computer literate with experience with an enterprise management or other production management software\/Microsoft office tools<\/li>\n<li>Must be
