We are recognised as an employer of choice and rated \u201cSilver\u201d for Investors in People in our last survey in 2017.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Sales Manager (OWA) \u2013 STA<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job ID:\u00a0<\/strong> 12262<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0 Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Professional area:<\/strong>\u00a0Sales<br \/>\n<strong>Contract type:<\/strong> Short Term Assignment (STA)<br \/>\n<strong>Professional level:<\/strong> Experienced<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Purpose<br \/>\n<\/strong>The Sales Manager for Other West Africa (OWA) will report to Country Manager OWA. Main objectives include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Volume, OCC &amp; Market Share delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Distributor Management.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting distributor in all Commercial Strategy aspect (RTC, Shopper &amp; Consumer Activation, Trade Strategy &amp; Planning).<\/li>\n<li>Strategy Insight by collecting relevant information data to help in making informed management decisions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The main remit of the OWA team is volume &amp; market share growth supported by realistic expansion where appropriate. The Sales Manager needs to have excellent relationship skills to work with many internal and external stakeholders.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Responsibilities\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nVolume, OCC (Profit) Delivery &amp; Market Share:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver on A&amp;SP Targets whilst always keeping the business updated of any changes.\u00a0 Have appropriate KPI &amp; recording processes in place &amp; develop what we have currently.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Distributor Management:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Every market in which we operate is a distributor market model &amp; the relationships which are built &amp; developed are key to any success.<\/li>\n<li>This includes every single person involved with the distributor, whether this be the owners, their management or their field forces<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Commercial &amp; Strategy:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Propose development in all aspects of territory management, field force deployment decisions.
