We do this by partnering closely with our clients to manage and identify key spend across their entire business.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Promotional Products and Merchandise Procurement Co-ordinator<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Nigeria<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To perform the duties and tasks of a buyer by responding to and following up on queries relating to within the promotional team and ensuring on time quote and job delivery.<\/li>\n<li>To monitor and oversee the use of systems and procedures, ensuring a trouble free workflow, with specific attention to inputting into the system on behalf of suppliers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To ensure all processes of Noosh are adhered to since we are a system Info Company.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on all outstanding work on a daily basis and ensure all emails are attended to within the specified timeframe<\/li>\n<li>Follow-up on layouts and liaise with clients to obtain approval within the timeframe<\/li>\n<li>Monitor production timelines to ensure all clients orders will meet their deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with suppliers on stock availability<\/li>\n<li>Generate quotations;<\/li>\n<li>Attend to all administrative tasks within the required timeframes<\/li>\n<li>Through communication with Client and suppliers, offer a service to provide a smooth workflow and ensure deadlines are met.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that estimates go out to tender, quotes sent to Client, orders are placed on time, finalising of job on Noosh.<\/li>\n<li>To maintain the suppliers lists ensuring all information is updated.<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials, specifically the proof printer.<\/li>\n<li>To develop the skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of print buyer on an on-going basis.<\/li>\n<li>Assist the promotional department to manage client accounts by providing professional assistance, information and options.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Standard 10\/Grade 12 or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position in a corporate gifts environment (non negotiable)<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Business English<\/li>\n<li>Above average communication and telephone skills<\/li>\n<li>Computer literacy (MS Office)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work extended hours as required from time to time<\/li>\n<li>Own transport and liscence a must<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience within Marketing for an FMCG company, Advertising agency or supplier<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Specific Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Key Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Project Management<\/li>\n<li>Account Management Exposure \/ Experience (Advantageous)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to follow processes and manage projects from conception to deliver<\/li>\n<li>Passionate about Promotional goods and merchandise<\/li>\n<li>Out of the box thinker and adaptable<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work collaboratively and be proactive<\/li>\n<li>The ability to motivate<\/li>\n<li>Honest and hardworking<\/li>\n<li>Passionate about getting things done right, first time, everytime<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work efficiently, on own or as part of team, in a highly pressurised environment<\/li>\n<li>Meticulous attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Flexible in terms of working hours<\/li>\n<li>Pleasant and patient disposition.<\/li>\n<li>Technical knowledge (promotional product process and Finishing knowledge \/ DTP skills\/knowledge advantageous)<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of Marketing environment<\/li>\n<li>Administrative skills<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>English (Excellent written and verbal communication skills)<\/li>\n<li>Resourceful self reliant and professional<\/li>\n<li>Highly efficient, organised and pays attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Positive outlook and calm under pressure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/jobs\/view\/promotional-products-mechandise-coordinator-at-point-group-marketing-services-partner-715911969?trkInfo=searchKeywordString%3A%2CsearchLocationString%3A%252C%2B%2Cvertical%3Ajobs%2CpageNum%3A0%2Cposition%3A6%2CMSRPsearchId%3A2a7e3cd0-b6e0-428d-aadf-daea8d6be151&amp;refId=2a7e3cd0-b6e0-428d-aadf-daea8d6be151&amp;trk=jobs_jserp_job_listing_text\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Point was established as a specialist operation to manage and measure the print, point of sale, promo and digital marketing spends of large corporates.
