We do this through sponsorships and local charities.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Administrative Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitoring and maintaining office equipments and inventory supplies<\/li>\n<li>Creating, updating, and maintaining personnel records, financial records, and other records and databases<\/li>\n<li>Updating office policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Scheduling company calendar and updating as needed<\/li>\n<li>Preparing reports on expenses, office budgets, and other expenditures<\/li>\n<li>Supporting department managers, staff, and CEO<\/li>\n<li>Organizing conference room scheduling, equipment, and cleaning<\/li>\n<li>Preparing travel arrangements for office staff and managers; overseeing and preparing expense reports and budgets<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating building and maintenance issues for general repair (heating and air conditioning, security, etc.) and updating (carpet cleaning, painting, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Organizing special functions and social events<\/li>\n<li>Purchasing computers, printers, supplies, and other equipment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nCandidate is expected to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have a University Degree; Additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus<\/li>\n<li>Possess work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role<\/li>\n<li>Have solid knowledge of office procedures<\/li>\n<li>Have experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)<\/li>\n<li>Possess strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude<\/li>\n<li>Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Customer Service Representative<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative.
