We give insights into what consumers buy and watch to a multitude of our clients including Unilever, Procter &amp; Gamble, Google, Diageo, Coca Cola and others.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Client Service Manager, Consumer Insights \u2013 Ivory Coast<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job No.:<\/strong> 22349<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Regular<br \/>\n<strong>Travel:\u00a0<\/strong>Yes, 25% of the Time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Duties\/ Responsibilities\/ Accountabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with clients to help them grow by gaining insightful information on the market and customers using an unmatched combination of innovative approaches<\/li>\n<li>Handle client queries or complaints<\/li>\n<li>Design and plan research projects following client briefing and needs<\/li>\n<li>Design questionnaires and methodologies of collecting information<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the execution of projects, inform clients on progress and gives specific instructions to other departments regarding the collection and electronic processing of data\/information<\/li>\n<li>Present results of study to the clients<\/li>\n<li>Prepare client presentations using Analytical process from brief to actionable recommendations<\/li>\n<li>Analyze and integrate various data and use such knowledge to support clients\u2019 project plan<\/li>\n<li>Solve clients issues; simplify complex problems or issues<\/li>\n<li>Proactively resolve clients\u2019 issues by engaging other Nielsen support groups<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize against multiple client demands.<\/li>\n<li>Some travelling may\u00a0 be required<\/li>\n<li>Identify and recommend enhanced and new services that answer clients\u2019 business needs<\/li>\n<li>Undertake sales activities independently in terms of preparation and delivery of proposal and credentials<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain ongoing relationships with clients<\/li>\n<li>Lead and grow a team of research executives to actualize projects<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for Operating Plan &amp; Revenue Targets of own team<\/li>\n<li>Consumer Client Servicing- maintain service standards and score cards on assigned clients\/projects.<\/li>\n<li>Carry out qualitative and quantitative research for clients in the consumer market space<\/li>\n<li>Business development of new and existing clients<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate all stages of clients\u2019 project and monitor performance<\/li>\n<li>Provide consultation to clients and staff on projects<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with relevant units within the business for project actualization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Performance Indicators\/ Performance Goals<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Servicing of clients \u2013\u00a0 contact reports, resolving queries, receiving and querying briefs<\/li>\n<li>Preparing presentations to clients<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of marketing concepts that enables one to generate market actions from research results<\/li>\n<li>Ability to support teams to ensure timely client deliverables<\/li>\n<li>Conducting quality checks\/reviews on data\/presentation decks to eliminate errors<\/li>\n<li>Preparing Analytics for internal\/external use<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 4 years agency-based research experience preferably with solid experience<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to speak French Fluently ( Business Level proficiency)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University graduate in Business \/ Marketing \/ Management \/ Social Science \/ Statistics or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>A postgraduate or Master\u2019s Degree in relevant field will be will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/jobs.nielsen.com\/job\/Lagos-Client-Service-Manager%2C-Consumer-Insights-Ivory-Coast-LA\/485641900\/?src=JB-10001\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nielsen Company is a global leader in measurement and information and we believe in providing our clients with a precise understanding of the consumer.
