Through our people, leadership development, services, technology and scale, GE delivers better outcomes for global customers by speaking the language of industry.<\/p>\n<p>Applications are invited for:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Title:\u00a0Graduate Internship Program (GIP), PRC<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job ID: <\/strong>3130541<br \/>\n<strong>Location(s):<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos, Abuja; Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Job Function<\/strong>: Sales<br \/>\n<strong>Business Segment:<\/strong> Healthcare Sustainable Solutions<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Internship program to support on going GE\u2019s primary and referral care PRC program<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Essential Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with program implementation partners, schedule planning and review session and manage implementation deliverables<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate program field monitoring activity including data management , documentation and reporting and dissemination activity<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the internal project team to plan, implement and assess specific operational task, with a strong commitment to the intended outputs. To carry out this task, he\/she shall seek clarification and remain compliant to all of GE policy and integrity guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Provide on field support during training, monitoring and evaluation activity of the program<\/li>\n<li>Key function will include change and output documentation, reporting and LEAN implementation of quality management activity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Program Highlight \/Synopsis:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Current care area focus includes maternal health, new born health, safe surgery and cardiac health or wellness<\/li>\n<li>All programs referred are within Nigeria, in selected states of the federation<\/li>\n<li>Target beneficiary population is not limited to 700(seven hundred health worker) to receive diverse training, unto 10 million persons combined from intervention geographies by the close of 2020<\/li>\n<li>Role focus: Education, Monitoring, Evaluation<\/li>\n<li>An Integrated healthcare technology based solutions with the aim of improving access to and utilization of primary healthcare services and to yield improved maternal, new born and noncommunicable disease outcomes at both primary and referral care levels alike<\/li>\n<li>Key component of our intervention includes outfitting primary health centres with GE\u2019s essential technology, training and capacity building for healthcare workers and monitoring and evaluation over a fixed tenure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications\/Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Early career internship: not greater than 3 years post first Degree program OR 2 years post-NYSC<\/li>\n<li>Minimum required attribute: adaptable, committed to timelines, good people skills and multi socio-cultural adaptability<\/li>\n<li>Willing to travel<\/li>\n<li>Outcome as well as process driven<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must be a graduate of Nursing, Midwifery, Medical science (basic), Radiography, Public Health<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/jobs.gecareers.com\/ShowJob\/Id\/55160\/Graduate-Internship-Program-(GIP),-PRC\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>GE is the world\u2019s Digital Industrial Company, transforming industry with software-defined machines and solutions that are connected, responsive and predictive.
