Our objective is to assist rural farmers by providing them the opportunity to access investment in form of seedlings, ready market and trainings for our farmers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Farm Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Enugu, Delta and Anambra<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><br \/>\nThis position consists of managing our company farms and other farmers farm in our ecosystem.<br \/>\n<strong>Task:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Farm manager for all farming operations<\/li>\n<li>Farm valuation and costing<\/li>\n<li>Crop seedlings and animal purchases<\/li>\n<li>Breed research and evaluation<\/li>\n<li>Farm siting, lease and purchase.<\/li>\n<li>veterinary safety control<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification and Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND, BSc, MSc in agricultural science or related courses, with NYSC discharge certificate or its equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in active farming is an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Ability to use the internet and Social media savvy.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to persuade people and lead a team.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able and willing to work with a team.<\/li>\n<li>Must be willing to always be on transit and change location.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competence<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Independence \u2013 Job requires developing one\u2019s own way of doing things,<br \/>\nguiding one\u2019s self with little or no supervision, and depending on<br \/>\none\u2019s self to get result.<\/li>\n<li>Persistence \u2013 Job requires persistence in the face of obstacle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV as attached document to: <strong>ixepals@gmail.com<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>NOTE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enugu, Delta and Anambra preferred state<\/li>\n<li>Your application will be verified after which you will be notified via mail and phone call.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DE PARACH AGRO VENTURES is an integral member of ROYCE &amp; XEPALZ COMPANY LIMITED; DE PARACH AGRO VENTURES is an agribusiness company, farming and sales of farm produce.
