Retail Management Services, we are recruiting suitable and qualified candidates to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Investment Banker<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The main role of the Investment Banker is to advise companies, institutions and governments on how to achieve their financial goals and implement long and short-term financial plans.<\/li>\n<li>He\/She also helps clients raise money in the capital markets, assists with mergers and acquisitions; buys and sells financial products for corporate and government clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Roles<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and maintain a corporate, individual, and government client base<\/li>\n<li>Identifies innovative business opportunities to help clients expand and grow<\/li>\n<li>Guide clients through expansion of corporate or personal enterprise to maximize profits<\/li>\n<li>Work with clients to determine amounts of capital needed to meet business goals, and identifies markets or products from which to raise capital<\/li>\n<li>Prepare legal and financial documents to complete purchases, investments, and acquisitions<\/li>\n<li>Consults with lawyers and other financial experts as necessary to ensure legality and the best possible outcome for new deals<\/li>\n<li>Works extremely long hours during busy seasons and as work demands<\/li>\n<li>Research, analyze, and interpret financial information and market trends<\/li>\n<li>Raise capital by issuing securities, whether debt or equity<\/li>\n<li>Develop financial models to analyze deals and offers to determine viability and profitability<\/li>\n<li>Offer expert advice on investment tactics and methods<\/li>\n<li>Secure and arranges merger and acquisitions on behalf of clients<\/li>\n<li>Buy and sell investments, stocks, and trusts on behalf of clients<\/li>\n<li>Develop thorough knowledge of regulatory and legal issues in the financial industry<\/li>\n<li>Assists clients with restructuring large debt obligations by negotiating agreements with financial institutions and government agencies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements, Education, Knowledge &amp; Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Investment Banker must possess a Bachelor\u2019s Degree with a minimum of second class lower award from an accredited institution in Finance, Accounting \/ Business Administration and Economics.<\/li>\n<li>An MBA \/ Master\u2019s degree in Finance \/ Accounting or a professional certification in accounting (ACCA) or CFA would be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Investment Banker must be a seasoned and experienced individual with a minimum of 6-8 years in investment banking or other related experience typically gained from Investment Banks.<\/li>\n<li>Experience must span corporate finance, debt capital markets and equity capital markets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Knowledge:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of financial markets<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of legal and regulatory issues<\/li>\n<li>Commercial awareness<\/li>\n<li>An in-depth understanding of different economic sectors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills<\/li>\n<li>Problem Solving<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal Skills<\/li>\n<li>Organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Attention to Detail,<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask<\/li>\n<li>Ability to working under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Persuasive<\/li>\n<li>Impeccable quantitative skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent team work and team leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Project and time management ability<\/li>\n<li>Analytical Skills<\/li>\n<li>Highly skilled in research and statistics<\/li>\n<li>Critical Thinking<\/li>\n<li>Decision Making<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Key Competencies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>He \/ She must be an aggressive sales person<\/li>\n<li>Ability to organize and track overlapping tasks and assignments, with frequent priority changes.<\/li>\n<li>Strong financial modeling skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to perform on the spot valuations<\/li>\n<li>Ethical<\/li>\n<li>Able to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of deal structuring and closing<\/li>\n<li>Ability to create effective, committed teams and able to inspire high performance<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and networking skills.<\/li>\n<li>Impeccable research, quantitative and analytical skills, especially in explaining market events.<\/li>\n<li>Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@atandagroup.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>hr@atandagroup.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>2nd July, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AT&amp;A Group Limited offers Investment, Properties &amp;
