{"id":59499,"date":"2018-06-27T14:08:39","date_gmt":"2018-06-27T13:08:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=59499"},"modified":"2018-06-27T14:08:39","modified_gmt":"2018-06-27T13:08:39","slug":"fadac-resources-ongoing-recruitment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/fadac-resources-ongoing-recruitment.html","title":{"rendered":"FADAC Resources Ongoing Recruitment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Fadac Resources \u2013 Our client is an high performance driven firm that owns a Restaurant in Ikoyi, Lagos State.<\/p>\n<p>They are in need of experienced candidates in the capacity below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Male Customer Service Officer<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform customer verifications<\/li>\n<li>Set up new customer accounts<\/li>\n<li>Process orders, forms, applications and requests<\/li>\n<li>Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes<\/li>\n<li>Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource<\/li>\n<li>Manage customers\u2019 accounts<\/li>\n<li>Keep records of customer interactions and transactions<\/li>\n<li>Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints<\/li>\n<li>Record details of actions taken<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and distribute customer activity reports<\/li>\n<li>Maintain customer databases<\/li>\n<li>Manage company\u2019s social Media Accounts<\/li>\n<li>Communicate and coordinate with internal departments<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on customer interactions<\/li>\n<li>Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.<\/li>\n<li>Manage office supplies stock and place orders<\/li>\n<li>Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update company databases<\/li>\n<li>Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face<\/li>\n<li>Respond promptly to customer inquiries<\/li>\n<li>Handle and resolve customer complaints<\/li>\n<li>Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries<\/li>\n<li>Provide pricing and delivery information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be a Male applicant<\/li>\n<li>Communication skills \u2013 verbal and written<\/li>\n<li>Listening skills<\/li>\n<li>Social media skills<\/li>\n<li>Problem analysis and problem-solving<\/li>\n<li>Attention to details and accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Data collection and ordering<\/li>\n<li>Customer service orientation<\/li>\n<li>Adaptability<\/li>\n<li>Initiative<\/li>\n<li>Stress tolerance.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of OND in Mass Communication or any related field<\/li>\n<li>1 \u2013 3 years proven work experience as a Customer service Officer or in similar role<\/li>\n<li>Close proximity to the Island<\/li>\n<li>It requires six working days<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of administrative \/customer service principles and practices<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of relevant computer applications<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Applications and CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<strong>zainab.o@fadacresources.com<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: Only candidates that fit the requirements will be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fadac Resources \u2013 Our client is an high performance driven firm that owns a Restaurant in Ikoyi, Lagos State.
