{"id":59654,"date":"2018-06-29T14:16:58","date_gmt":"2018-06-29T13:16:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=59654"},"modified":"2018-06-29T14:16:58","modified_gmt":"2018-06-29T13:16:58","slug":"air-peace-new-trainee-recruitment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/air-peace-new-trainee-recruitment.html","title":{"rendered":"Air Peace New Trainee Recruitment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Air Peace Limited is an airline company that is ever dependable through the creation of seamless connections and network options for our domestic, regional and international markets.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Trainee Aircraft Inspector<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Reports to:<\/strong> Chief Inspector<br \/>\n<strong>Department:<\/strong> Human Resources<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The trainee Aircraft Inspector assist the Chief Inspector in the inspection of aircraft, maintenance procedures to ensure conformance to safety regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Accountabilities \/ Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>performs periodic checks of all inspection tools and calibration of precision test equipment as specified in their respective manuals.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure airline acquires and maintains technical data on all the units overhauled or repaired by contracted AMOs.<\/li>\n<li>Inspect work of aircraft mechanics performing maintenance, modification, or repair and overhaul of aircraft and aircraft mechanical systems, in order to ensure adherence to standards and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and maintain detailed repair, inspection, investigation, and certification records and reports.<\/li>\n<li>Inspect new, repaired, or modified aircraft to identify damage or defects, and to assess airworthiness and conformance to standards, using checklists, hand tools, and test instruments.<\/li>\n<li>Ascertain that all inspections are performed on all completed work before aircraft is released to service, and the appropriate inspection &amp; maintenance records, reports and forms required for such release are properly executed.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that inspection standards, methods and procedures used by the contracted AMO \/ maintenance Engineers are in compliance with all applicable Nig.CARs part 9 and manufacturers recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>Ascertain that parts are properly identified and tagged<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that no defective or un-airworthy parts are installed on any aircraft or component.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for reporting suspected unapproved parts to the authorities in accordance with applicable Nig.NCARs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Education and Work Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An aircraft maintenance engineers (AME) license with Air-frame and Power plant ratings.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years experience in maintaining B737, B-777, EMB-145 including 1 year in the capacity of returning aircraft to service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Competencies and Key Requirement:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent Creativity &amp; Innovative skills<\/li>\n<li>High level of personal credibility<\/li>\n<li>Result oriented<\/li>\n<li>Health &amp; Safety Awareness<\/li>\n<li>Safety management<\/li>\n<li>Influencing<\/li>\n<li>Ability to cope under pressure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidate should send their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<strong>careers@flyairpeace.com<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>9th July, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Air Peace Limited is an airline company that is ever dependable through the creation of seamless connections and network options for our domestic, regional and international markets.
