You should be a \u2018people person\u2019 with great customer service skills. You should also possess the ability to moderate community conversations, both online and offline.<\/li>\n<li>Ultimately, you will act as the face and voice of our brand and the management of all internal community communication.<\/li>\n<li>If you are a tech-savvy professional, experienced in social media, PR and promotional events, we would like to meet you.<\/li>\n<li>The Community Manager is the \u201cChief Happiness Officer\u201d and is responsible for ensuring that everyone who interacts with the company has an amazing experience that reflects the unique company culture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Community Manager Responsibilities Are<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and facilitate a system to foster a sense of ownership and community among coworking space members, ensuring that everyone pitches in to keep the space running smoothly.<\/li>\n<li>Organise, promote, and maintain an ongoing roster of internal community and brand-building activities, e.g. workshops, social events, outings, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Provide tours of the coworking space and facilities to visitors and potential members.<\/li>\n<li>Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with Development and Sales departments to keep up-to-date on new features and products.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure brand consistency by communicating with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor discussions and activities within the community. Identify and report trends and advise on potential opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Work with Content and Marketing Team to coordinate community and event updates across the organisation\u2019s digital channels.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the on-boarding process for new members, and ensure that they receive all the assistance required to settle in properly.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate and promote new community features, procedures, and activities to coworking space members.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all customer complaints are resolved quickly and satisfactorily<\/li>\n<li>Represent the company at events and exhibitions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Community Manager Requirements Are<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven work experience as a community manager<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail and ability to multitask<\/li>\n<li>Ability to self-manage in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Passion for startups, SMEs, and community building<\/li>\n<li>Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics, and to utilize those metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events)<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal communication and writing skills<\/li>\n<li>Hands on experience with brand management through social media<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/capitalsquare.breezy.hr\/p\/bc7f84180d63-20186?source=HNJ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CapitalSquare is a coworking space in Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria, for entrepreneurs and freelancers to work, collaborate and learn from each other.
