{"id":59758,"date":"2018-07-03T09:40:01","date_gmt":"2018-07-03T08:40:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=59758"},"modified":"2018-07-02T12:07:48","modified_gmt":"2018-07-02T11:07:48","slug":"integrated-a2z-technologies-new-position-available","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/integrated-a2z-technologies-new-position-available.html","title":{"rendered":"Integrated A2z Technologies New Position Available"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Integrated A2z Technologies (ia2ztech) is an IT firm that specializes in TRAINING, CONSULTING SERVICES, and SALES.<\/p>\n<p>Ia2ztech strives to provide high-quality technological business solutions with a concentrated focus on individuals and corporate establishments.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Front Desk\/Customer Service Personnel<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Keep updated records and files<\/li>\n<li>Answer questions and address complaints<\/li>\n<li>Generate sales leads that develop into new customers<\/li>\n<li>Identify and assess customers\u2019 needs to achieve satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal\/external clients<\/li>\n<li>Handle requests and queries appropriately<\/li>\n<li>Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or log messages<\/li>\n<li>Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them<\/li>\n<li>Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.<\/li>\n<li>Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments<\/li>\n<li>Check, sort and forward emails<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND\/B.Sc Degree in any relevant field; additional qualifications will be a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong communication and people skills<\/li>\n<li>Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Customer service orientation<\/li>\n<li>Discretion and confidentiality<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience as front desk representative or relevant position<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with office machines (e.g. scanner, printer etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of office management systems and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in English (oral and written)<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)<\/li>\n<li>Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidate should send their CV\u2019s and Cover Letter to:\u00a0<strong>recruitment@ia2ztech.com<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>30th July, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Integrated A2z Technologies (ia2ztech) is an IT firm that specializes in TRAINING, CONSULTING SERVICES, and SALES.
