We help organizations achieve their objectives by developing and executing strategies and policies that are aligned with business plans and a focus on best practices.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Executive Assistant<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Isolo, Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking to hire experienced, reliable, task-oriented Executive Assistants who will work directly with A-Level Executives.<\/li>\n<li>Ideal candidates are highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate executive communications including responding to emails and interfacing with staff \/clients.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners.<\/li>\n<li>Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries.<\/li>\n<li>Arrange corporate events to take place both at the workplace and offsite.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.<\/li>\n<li>Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements and Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of First degree (HND\/B.Sc)<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistance.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent computer and administrative skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in collaboration, and delegation of duties.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional interpersonal skills, friendly and professional demeanor.<\/li>\n<li>Results driven, positive and proactive approach to work.<\/li>\n<li>Mature and reliable.<\/li>\n<li>High level of accuracy and attention to details required.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.<\/li>\n<li>A flexible and adaptable approach to work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Resumes to:\u00a0<strong>bukola@apataandascott.com<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>20th July, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Apata &amp; Ascott Limited \u2013 We are a human resource consulting firm that is focused on delivering business value to organizations.
