As a result of growth and the need to strengthen our current team, we need exceptional individuals with the right qualifications, drive and experience to join our team of professionals.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Brand Manager (Male\/Female)<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Nationwide<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager (Male or Female) who is passionate about uncovering consumer insights, brand management and deliver innovative marketing strategies and campaign.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>General Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct research on the brand to ensure brand health, brand relevance and increase market share<\/li>\n<li>Strong people interaction especially with sales ensuring clear precise communication on all projects constantly<\/li>\n<li>Drive employee passion for the brands ensuring our employees are our ambassadors<\/li>\n<li>Gather insights from the market to make informed decisions on all brands<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to management<\/li>\n<li>Drive sales for the company<\/li>\n<li>Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market<\/li>\n<li>Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors\u2019 activities to identify opportunities and key issues<\/li>\n<li>Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy<\/li>\n<li>Ensure brand volume and profitability objectives are achieved<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute strong brand plans for the products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Not less than 5 years\u2019 experience in FMCG company or Advertising company promoting brands<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working with numbers, metrics, and spreadsheets<\/li>\n<li>In-depth understanding of the company\u2019s current products and future concepts<\/li>\n<li>Minimum qualification: B.Sc\/HND in Marketing, Business Admin or other related disciplines<\/li>\n<li>Membership of NIMN and\/or APCON will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of market research tools and techniques<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong research and analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in graphic design, web design, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Curriculum Vitae to:\u00a0<strong>ayoolafoodsng2018@gmail.com<\/strong>\u00a0Use the Job Title as the subject of the mail<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ayoola Foods Limited, is Nigeria\u2019s leading Indigenous Food Processing, Marketing and Consulting Company.
