Our core product is the production and sales of bespoke engagement and wedding rings.<\/p>\n<p>We are currently in need of a Sales associate in Ibadan<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Sales Associate<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Ibadan<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">The sales associates are the first line of contact for walk-in customers to the brand. They are to make customers feel welcome and assist them to find the products that most satisfy their needs. S\/he must be knowledgeable about the products and able to adequately guide the customer at all times.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Greet all walk-in customers as they come in the store and ask them how they would like to be assisted.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Work in line with company policy to achieve set sales targets and outcomes within schedule<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Arrange window displays on a regular basis and ensure that all displays are properly locked and secured<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Ensure that all pieces of jewelry are locked up in assigned storage palaces at the end of the day<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Provide daily sales reports as well as weekly and monthly report of sales efforts in marked sales territory<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Answer first line queries and complaints from customers.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Report discrepancies and problems to the Business Manager.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Give advice and guidance on product selection to customers.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Balance sales registers with receipts.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports and making recommendations to management<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Working within established guidelines, particularly with product lines.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Responsible for security around the shop shelf as well as looking out for fraudsters\u2019 shoplifters etc.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Coordinate all issues with key clients between sales, fulfillment and customer support<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Receiving and storing inventory.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Keep a schedule of events\/special promotions<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Work with management to organize and execute sales campaigns<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Perform all other duties as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0Must reside in Ibadan town.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Educational Qualification<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">HND or BSC in any related discipline preferably marketing, business and finance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">1-3 years experience in direct sales,<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Experience in the fashion industry a plus<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Record of substantial achievement of territory quotas with knowledge of a CRM tool<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Abilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Highly analytical with a drive for numbers<\/li>\n<li>Good networking, prospecting and closing skills<\/li>\n<li>High level of professionalism<\/li>\n<li>Result-oriented team player with exceptional motivation and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Relationship management skills and openness to feedback<\/li>\n<li>Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Good written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Able to work in a fast pace environment<\/li>\n<li>High proficiency in MS Office Suite<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Personal Attributes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Keen eye for detail<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Have a deep desire to work in the luxury retail industry<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Sociable and friendly<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Confident and pleasant<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Knowledgeable of current trends<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Loves a challenge<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Assertive and creative<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Work Environment<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Work in Invivo Ibadan.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Will be required to write reports daily<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Might be required to work overtime<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Working on weekends<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">very competitive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should Send their resume and a cover letter to:\u00a0<strong>maryannechukwumah@sainttracy.<wbr><\/wbr>com\u00a0<\/strong>Subject of email should be Job Title\/Location for eg Sales Associate- Ibadan<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline<\/strong>\u00a0<span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_1803991546\"><span class=\"aQJ\">4th July, 2018<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Saint Tracy is a jewellery store which has been in existence since 2014.
