We are relatively new in the market and we strive to maintain professionalism and operational structures based on Standard Operating Practice for the industry.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Accountant<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Onitsha, Anambra<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for an Accountant to join our team at our Distribution Centre in Onitsha, Eastern Nigeria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare various financial analysis related to distribution costs, inventory, and expense information for various customers as needed for decision making support.<\/li>\n<li>Complete monthly close process including preparing journal entries (standard, adjusting and accrual)<\/li>\n<li>Other things that are contained in the Company Job Description for an Accountant.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare\/Review weekly operational reports to identify and explain variances<\/li>\n<li>Analysing actual distribution costs and preparing periodic reports<\/li>\n<li>Making estimates of new and proposed product cost<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND\/Bachelor\u2019s degree or higher in Accounting<\/li>\n<li>4+ years\u2019 experience in an accounting role with a medium or large sized company<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical skills with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate with other departments to support operations<\/li>\n<li>Strong Excel skills, Accounting software experience preferred<\/li>\n<li>Supervisory experience a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>We offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Starting pay to be reviewed when necessary based on consistent performance when evaluated.<\/li>\n<li>Other incentives as may be determined by the Directors based on the company performance<\/li>\n<li>This position requires someone who is detail oriented and able to work independently to meet assigned deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Long term stability<\/li>\n<li>Possibility of commission earning from special project<\/li>\n<li>Ongoing training and development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Work Days and Time<\/strong><br \/>\nMonday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nRemuneration<\/strong><br \/>\nStarting Salary: N840,000 to N1,000,000 per annum.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Eden UK Pharmaceuticals Limited \u2013 We are a registered Pharmaceutical Distribution Company in Onitsha, East Nigeria.
