The company has all necessary technical competence to build, upgrade and maintain Telecommunications Infrastructure, thus enabling the operators to concentrate on their primary business.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Van Sales Representative \u2013 (Off-Trade)<br \/>\nLocations:<\/strong>\u00a0Abuja (APO, Karu \u2013 Jikwoy, Kubwa, Nyanya), Yola \u2013 Adamawa, Kaduna\/Kano, Jos \u2013 Plateau, and Southern Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Key decision making<\/li>\n<li>Identification of outlets for trade activation<\/li>\n<li>Deployment of POS materials, light signs and other trade assets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Accountabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To go to trade with all required selling tools<\/li>\n<li>To merchandise all products while selling in all outlets<\/li>\n<li>To always sell within assigned selling route\/territory daily with no cross-crossing<\/li>\n<li>Effectively execute outlet activation standards in all assigned outlets order delivery<\/li>\n<li>Use SFA in every call and print a receipt via the SFA device for every productive call<\/li>\n<li>100% reconciliation every day and no credit to any store<\/li>\n<li>Drive effective coverage of stores minimum 150 unique stores within the assigned Neighborhood routes ensuring all unique stores within the permanent journey plan are visited at least 4 times a month. Store number is subject to increase at any given time.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all brands\/SKUs are loaded on truck daily before trucking out.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure priority brands are listed and available in the right quantity in all outlets, while ensuring no out of stock situation (OOS) for other SKU\u2019s<\/li>\n<li>Sell all brands and SKUs to all customers without discrimination and achieve his volume target<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience Required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be able to drive with a valid class of driver\u2019s license prior to resumption.<\/li>\n<li>Good commercial understanding numerical skills, a high level of computer literacy<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Fully geographically mobile<\/li>\n<li>Experienced driver with valid license<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work flexibly \u2013 make bar calls on weekends and at night to engage consumers<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>Some commercial expertise gained across field sales\/consumer\/customer marketing is an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Basic understanding of Selling capabilities, Outlet activation standards, outlet segmentation, building relationships, persuasive selling and brand passion<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills \u2013 written and verbal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Resume to:\u00a0<strong>seun.openiyi@lwnetworks.net<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lightning Networks Limited provides multiple support services to Telecommunications operators and other Industry players within the Information Communication Technology (ICT) sector in Nigeria.
