candidates to fill the role below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Sales Associate<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Sangotedo- Ajah, Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The sales Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service experience, visual merchandising of stock, inventory taking and sales by delivering customer service that offers a distinctive shopping experience and drives sales results.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nCustomer Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assists customers locate merchandise or find suitable alternatives.<\/li>\n<li>Advise customers on utilization and care of merchandise.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures fitting room is kept tidy and neat always, by promptly clearing merchandise and returning it to the proper area of the selling floor.<\/li>\n<li>Provide excellent after-sales service.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for providing the absolute best customer service in the store.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for providing the absolute best customer service in the store.<\/li>\n<li>Possess the ability to demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and is capable of giving expert advice.<\/li>\n<li>Strive to create innovative ways to challenge normal retail conventions.<\/li>\n<li>Updates clients with latest seasonal wardrope collections.<\/li>\n<li>Captures customers feedback and help solve customer\u2019s complaints.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Visual Merchandising:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Displays merchandise to attract customers to the store in order to boost sales.<\/li>\n<li>Regularly takes stock of sales, stock rotation, displays and organization of merchandise.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures the ambience of the store is adequately maintained by making sure the fixtures, fittings and lightings are in proper condition.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains the quality of the store\u2019s selling presentation by monitoring and maintaining the inventory stock on the store floor by replenishing any emptying section with new merchandise.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains inventory in the back room in a neat and tidy manner.<\/li>\n<li>Reorganizing items on the shop floor to enhance a pleasant shopping experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Inventory:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adhere to loss prevention and inventory control and compliance procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Keeps track of product inventory and assist in periodic physical inventory count.<\/li>\n<li>Assists in processing merchandise returns and exchanges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sales:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify customer needs and direct them to the appropriate product, using suggestive selling.<\/li>\n<li>Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to use cash registers to ring up transactions, which may involve using barcode scanners, calculators and debit card machines.<\/li>\n<li>Place special orders or call other stores to find desired items.<\/li>\n<li>Give concise information on the products\u2019 specifications to aid buying.<\/li>\n<li>Undertake retail and customer service activities within the store to optimize and exceed sales targets, profitability and customer satisfaction in conjunction with the Retail Store Manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be a female between the ages of 20-28 years of age.<\/li>\n<li>B.Sc\/HND in Marketing or other related field.<\/li>\n<li>Should possess about 1-3 years\u2019 experience in the retail industry or related field.<\/li>\n<li>Proven proficiency in merchandising to maintain the highest level of visual presentation<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively in a team.<\/li>\n<li>Time flexibility.<\/li>\n<li>Attention to details.<\/li>\n<li>Good verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent sales skills and ability to develop and adopt sales techniques on a continuing basis.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional talent for operating a computerized point of sale cash register and inventory management system<\/li>\n<li>Experience in sales of female fashion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Key Performance Indicators:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Immediate replacement of items sold.<\/li>\n<li>Achieve monthly sales target.<\/li>\n<li>Zero tolerance to shrinkage.<\/li>\n<li>Optimize store ambience.<\/li>\n<li>Zero number of customer complaint.<\/li>\n<li>Take marketing
