{"id":60238,"date":"2018-07-11T10:10:30","date_gmt":"2018-07-11T09:10:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=60238"},"modified":"2018-07-11T09:58:44","modified_gmt":"2018-07-11T08:58:44","slug":"suregroup-ongoing-recruitment-share-apply","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/suregroup-ongoing-recruitment-share-apply.html","title":{"rendered":"SureGroup Ongoing Recruitment &#8211; Share &#038; Apply"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>SureRemit, a subsidiary of SureGroup, is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Growth &amp; Marketing Manager<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full-Time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Growth &amp; Marketing Manager is responsible for driving brand awareness, seed demand and growth for SureRemit via offline and online channels.<\/li>\n<li>This is an exciting role as it provides the opportunity to work across various functions, including PR, customer success, campaign management, demand generation, product marketing, and content marketing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support specific campaigns with landing pages, SEO, SEM, display advertising, content syndication, and reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Provide comprehensive and insightful reporting and updates on marketing efforts.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement offline marketing strategies for the brand.<\/li>\n<li>Experiment with new marketing and growth channels such as influencer programs, new ad formats, co-branding marketing partnerships etc.<\/li>\n<li>Keep up to date on latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Write all forms of content to support all marketing efforts including but not limited to web pages, blog posts, webinars, social media posts, newsletters, presentation decks and press releases;<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement creative ways to promote content and engage with online community to enhance marketing efforts;<\/li>\n<li>Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns;<\/li>\n<li>Manage and drive the ASO related projects for SureRemit;<\/li>\n<li>Research and implement ASO recommendations;<\/li>\n<li>Conduct ongoing competitive research and provide insights to enhance marketing strategies;<\/li>\n<li>Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that the website supports marketing goals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University Degree<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of experience in content marketing or related field<\/li>\n<li>Experience working around Influencer marketing and Instagram marketing<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of CTR, CR, CPI, CPA, churn rate, LTV and other similar metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of marketing methodologies, including expertise in SEO, SEM, display advertising, and social media<\/li>\n<li>In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Omniture, WebTrends etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Experience in App store optimization is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Experience with ASO tools and app store testing tools like Google experiments is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exceptional Oral &amp; Written Communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Customer\/Client focused skills<\/li>\n<li>Presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong quantitative analytical ability<\/li>\n<li>Creativity and innovation skills<\/li>\n<li>Able to take initiative.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Person Specifics:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hands On!
