We pride ourselves in how well we assist organizations overcome challenges that bother on optimal performance by proffering a wide array of solutions through the use of deep IT expertise, industry-wide expertise and highly proficient tools.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Sales Executive<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job\/Position Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Sales Executive combines sales representative tasks with some levels of managerial responsibilities.<\/li>\n<li>Typically reporting to the Key Account Manager, the Sales Executive has responsibility for managing medium-sized territories; achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory\/customer groups.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Scope<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Sales Executive undertake sales activities within the assigned territory or group of customers allocated;<\/li>\n<li>Builds and maintain a sound working relationship customers and takes part in regular business reviews, ensuring that trade activities are executed effectively within the territory to support the overall business objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Accountabilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>List all the important duties undertaken starting with the most critical ones. Begin each sentence with an action verb, e.g. completes, determines, implements, improves, plan, produce, provide, control, direct etc. Each statement should conclude with an end result.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manages an assigned geographic sales territory and\/or group of assigned customers to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Generate sales orders to ensure that monthly sales targets are met.<\/li>\n<li>Promote, sells and secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.<\/li>\n<li>Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory\/market segment to generate new business for the Companies products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures credit policy adhered to and no customers exceed credit limits.<\/li>\n<li>Developing prospective customers and gather information to determine their potentials.<\/li>\n<li>Develops clear and effective written proposals\/quotations for current and prospective customers.<\/li>\n<li>Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates sales effort with sales management, accounting and logistics.<\/li>\n<li>Analyzes the territory\/market\u2019s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers\u2019 value to the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborates with Key Account Manager in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the region and the company.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.<\/li>\n<li>Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain relationship with existing customers for repeat business.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products.<\/li>\n<li>Participates in trade shows and conventions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nQualifications &amp; Competencies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Educated to minimum Bachelor\u2019s degree (preferably with an MBA) level ideally in a Business related subject<\/li>\n<li>Age: 25 \u2013 35 years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills &amp; Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to achieve sales plans.<\/li>\n<li>Proven business analysis and judgment with the ability to proactively manage business and P&amp;L to meet objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to professionally develop and coach team members.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Business-related computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 3 years experience in sales preferably within an FMCG environment<\/li>\n<li>Additional functional experience, preferably in marketing, trade marketing and\/or finance is an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Experience of managing and leading sales teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Personal Qualities and Behavioral Traits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivated<\/li>\n<li>Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles<\/li>\n<li>Leadership and interpersonal skills capable of building strong working relationships and influencing and customers and internal teams<\/li>\n<li>Strong commercial understanding of business issues\/opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategy and planning issues<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation<\/li>\n<li>Ability to think outside the box.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<strong>recruitment@kloverharris.com<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>23rd July, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Key Account Manager<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and coordinate the activities of the sales team for sales growth and revenue enhancement.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.<\/li>\n<li>Provides weekly and monthly reports on current sales, market environment, competitive intelligence, account issues and actions to correct.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains knowledge and awareness of competing products\/services, discount and pricing structures, and overall strengths and weaknesses in order to determine how best to service and motivate key accounts to stay with the business.<\/li>\n<li>Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain relationship with existing customers for repeat business.<\/li>\n<li>Build sales culture and sale centric atmosphere among the team members.<\/li>\n<li>Provide timely feedback to the sales personnel regarding their sales Performance<\/li>\n<li>Ensure monthly sales targets, new account targets and key product targets are achieved.<\/li>\n<li>Manages an assigned Key Accounts to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordination of van deliveries, Merchandisers, Key Account Reps within the area.<\/li>\n<li>Implement sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare Annual Sales Plan for each key account<\/li>\n<li>Ensures Credit policy is adhered to and customers do not exceed limits.
