Over the years, we have constantly been marketing, selling and servicing automobiles for clients who span across various walks of life.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Sales and Marketing Associate<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc or its equivalent (10 years experience where this isn\u2019t available)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 years+<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Competencies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Skills must include use of MS tools especially PowerPoint (candidate must be very good at putting together presentations with a good story board)<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of research tools<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of digital marketing and use of social media for benefit of the organization<\/li>\n<li>Ability to negotiate and sell convincingly<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must posses a very good command of the English language (Hausa, Igbo &amp; Yoruba would be added advantages)<\/li>\n<li>Must be smart looking<\/li>\n<li>Have a good network of people with a balanced world view<\/li>\n<li>Background in research &amp; data mining (knowledge of manipulating data for marketing and increased market share would be an added advantage).<\/li>\n<li>Ability to source for clients interested in buying cars and close deals<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must be single, have a valid international passport, valid drivers license<\/li>\n<li>Prepared to travel and short notice and work out of station if need be<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>N1 million P.A plus generous sales commission of 1% of sales target<\/li>\n<li>Benefits: Out of station allowances\/official car\/training budget of N300,000 PA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nJob Title:\u00a0HR Manager<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nCompetencies, Qualifications, and Experience<\/strong><br \/>\nCompetencies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preferred candidate should be a smart looking female<\/li>\n<li>Must have a good network of people and must have a balanced world view.<\/li>\n<li>Must have HR certification and knowledge of finance &amp; project management would be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must be single, have a valid international passport, valid drivers license and must be prepared to travel at short notice and work out of station if need be<\/li>\n<li>Skills must include use of MS tools especially PowerPoint &amp; excel (must be very good at putting together presentations with a good story board)<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of research tools<\/li>\n<li>Strategy, HR practice focusing on recruitment\/compensation &amp; benefits &amp; employee growth\/process documentation &amp; organizational structure design<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must posses a very good command of the English language<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualification:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc or its equivalent (10 years experience where this isn\u2019t available).<\/li>\n<li>Experience: 7years+<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>N300,000\/Annum.<\/li>\n<li>Benefits: out of station allowances\/official car\/training budget of N500,000 PA\/N2M PA performance bonus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send a copy of their CV\u2019s and Cover Letter to:\u00a0<strong>jobs@phillyandmools.com<\/strong>\u00a0with \u2018Job Title\u2019 as the subject<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>16th July, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Philly and Mools Automobiles Limited is a member of the Philly and Mools Group.
