This role reports to the CEO and is also a part of the Executive Management Team.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate will be a Capital Market industry professional with an understanding of the Primary Market, experience working with Issuing Houses and strong relationship management skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Accountabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Owns and drives the marketing strategy to attract new companies, Corporate bonds, and other corporate financing instruments to be listed<\/li>\n<li>Retains and maintains the relationship with existing listed companies to achieve the targeted market capitalisation<\/li>\n<li>Prepares Dual-Listing agreements with regional and international exchanges<\/li>\n<li>Builds and maintains strategic partnerships with the Federal and State Governments to attract State Owned Enterprises to be listed<\/li>\n<li>Manages overall Profit and Loss (P &amp; L) portfolio for listing efforts across equities, corporate bonds, and related products<\/li>\n<li>Develops the required Key Performance Indicators for the Listings Business Division to ensure the delivery of first class service<\/li>\n<li>Develops and implements strategies for advocacy and engagement to drive listing efforts across International and Domestic Enterprises<\/li>\n<li>Manages annual and quarterly budgeting for the division and oversees the same for reporting departments (Primary Markets, Branch Network, State Owed Enterprises)<\/li>\n<li>Leads and manages team to achieve the listing target of the company<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that the branch network is efficiently and profitably run<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Law or related fields<\/li>\n<li>A Master\u2019s degree or MBA is an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Professional certification and\/or active membership of the Chartered Institute of Stock Brokers ( CIS)<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 20 years cumulative experience, 10 \u2013 15 years\u2019 industry experience and at least<\/li>\n<li>5 \u2013 7 years in senior management position<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with Issuing Houses<\/li>\n<li>Experience in sourcing bonds\/ companies<\/li>\n<li>Experience in investment banking is highly desirable<\/li>\n<li>Experience demonstrated at Senior Management \u2013 Executive Management cadre of established organisations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should:<a href=\"https:\/\/pwc.co.za\/executive-search-kenya\/details.html?nPostingID=3681&amp;nPostingTargetID=56707&amp;option=52&amp;sort=DESC&amp;respnr=1&amp;ID=PVVFK026203F3VBQB796GLOPR&amp;Resultsperpage=10&amp;lg=UK&amp;mask=kenyacareerssite\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong> Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Head, Trading Business \u2013 HTB 001<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Reference Number:<\/strong> 130-PEO00853<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Department:<\/strong> People &amp; Change Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Permanent<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Head, Trading Business Division will be responsible for identifying opportunities to increase order flow across all asset classes listed and making decisions to enhance trading velocity, total value traded, as well as what tradable products to offer in the market.<\/li>\n<li>This role reports to the CEO and is also a part of the Executive Management Team.
