retaining relationships with existing clients<\/li>\n<li>Increasing client base<\/li>\n<li>Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition<\/li>\n<li>Writing business proposals<\/li>\n<li>Negotiating with stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs<\/li>\n<li>Researching business opportunities and viable income streams<\/li>\n<li>Following industry trends locally and internationally<\/li>\n<li>Drafting and reviewing contracts<\/li>\n<li>Reporting on successes and areas needing tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Hotel Manager<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Abuja<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise work at all levels (receptionists, kitchen staff, maids, office employees etc.) and set clear objectives<\/li>\n<li>Plan activities and allocate responsibilities to achieve the most efficient operating model<\/li>\n<li>Manage budgets\/expenses, analyze and interpret financial information and monitor sales and profits<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement an intuitive and efficient marketing strategy to promote the hotel\u2019s services<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with customers when appropriate (welcome them in the facilities, address their complaints, find solutions to problems, offer information etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Deal with maintenance issues, shortages in staff or equipment, renovations etc.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with external parties such as suppliers, travel agencies, event\/conference planners etc.<\/li>\n<li>Inspect facilities regularly and enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as Hotel Manager or relevant role<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of hotel management software (PMS) is an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Excellent customer service skills as well as a business mindset<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving<\/li>\n<li>Reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding leadership skills and a great attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Degree in Business Administration, Hotel\/Hospitality Management or relevant field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Accountant<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Abuja<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate computerized accounting systems and provide recommendations to IT team for performance improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Generate financial reports and statements to Managers for review.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues and determine budget variances and report the same to management.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely fashion.<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance to other Accountants when needed.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Review and recommend changes to existing accounting procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Accounting is mandatory<\/li>\n<li>Must be ICAN certified.<\/li>\n<li>Additional courses in accounting and management are helpful.<\/li>\n<li>They also need to have working as accountants and handling teams;<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5+ years of accounting experience;<\/li>\n<li>Preferable that the candidate have experience with audits, including leading an audit or managing auditors performing an audit;<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency working with legal documents such as contracts, investment agreements related to debt and equity investing;<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth environment where everyone is expected to balance multiple roles and commitments;<\/li>\n<li>Detail oriented, methodical about organization and maintenance of complex structures;<\/li>\n<li>Self-starter, willing to roll-up sleeves and do the actual work;<\/li>\n<li>Entrepreneurial team player, willing and able to work long hours when necessary and contribute in multiple ways in a growth environment;<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel occasionally \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge relational databases, SQL and ORM technologies<\/li>\n<li>Hands on experience in designing interactive applications<\/li>\n<li>Ability to document requirements and specifications<\/li>\n<li>Ability to develop e-commerce.<\/li>\n<li>At least 3 years of software development experience<\/li>\n<li>Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas<\/li>\n<li>Above average skill
