Works towards an allocated License and Applications Cloud\/SaaS (software as a service) sales revenue target in Nigeria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Scope<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Works with appropriate Oracle Partners, i.e. resellers, SI\u2019s, ISV\u2019s, technology partners and alliances<\/li>\n<li>Works with Pre Sales, Marketing and other Lines of Business (LOBs) to maximize the return form the assigned set of accounts<\/li>\n<li>Works towards an allocated License sales and Applications Cloud\/SaaS (software as a service) sales revenue target<\/li>\n<li>Reports to Applications Sales Director<\/li>\n<li>Has no direct reports, but leads the activities of virtual teams in support of customers<\/li>\n<li>Works in a designated industry on a defined customer list and cooperates with his Technology Sales Representative counterpart as well as Senior Apps Account Manager<\/li>\n<li>Works to identify and cover all organisations (including existing Oracle customers) that fall into their designated account list focusing on building a strong pipeline and closing opportunities in a timely fashion in the Nigerian region.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Marshalling internal and Partner resources to conduct campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Identifying and working with the appropriate people in Oracle and the Customer<\/li>\n<li>Developing, extending and maintaining relationships with the appropriate staff<\/li>\n<li>Facilitating and nurturing Senior Management relationships to generate active sponsorship of Oracle<\/li>\n<li>Working with, and influencing the activities of Oracle Partners as appropriate<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining an understanding of Oracle\u2019s strategic direction and interpreting its relevance to the industry sector<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining an awareness of Oracle\u2019s current and future application\/technology products and services<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining an understanding of competitive activity relevant to industry sector.<\/li>\n<li>Winning new HCM license and Applications Cloud\/SaaS sales revenue in line with targets<\/li>\n<li>Facilitating and nurturing Senior Management relationships to generate active sponsorship of Oracle<\/li>\n<li>Developing a strategy and sales plan to address Sector requirements<\/li>\n<li>Developing profiles of targeted accounts<\/li>\n<li>Defining appropriate Enterprise Sales Industry Value Propositions<\/li>\n<li>Driving the implementation of sales and marketing campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Generating and following up on leads<\/li>\n<li>Qualifying leads and prioritising opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Detailed Description and Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a large number of named accounts\/non-named accounts\/geographical territory (mainly Tier 3 accounts)<\/li>\n<li>Primary job duty is to sell business applications software\/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.<\/li>\n<li>Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical\/business skills in area of specialization<\/li>\n<li>8 years applicable experience including 7 years of sales experience. Successful sales track record<\/li>\n<li>Ability to penetrate accounts, meet with stakeholders within accounts<\/li>\n<li>Oracle knowledge and\/or knowledge of Oracle*s competitors. Interaction with C level players. Team player with strong interpersonal \/communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication\/negotiating\/closing skills with prospects\/customers. Travel may be needed. Bachelor degree or equivalent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge and Competency Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 7 years of sales experience in the enterprise IT sector, selling complex enterprise solutions<\/li>\n<li>Willing to travel on frequent basis<\/li>\n<li>Self starter, fast learner and hungry for knowledge and information<\/li>\n<li>Fully aware of technology trends, industry standards and terminology<\/li>\n<li>Excellent account management and organisational skills<\/li>\n<li>Team player<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of selling complex IT solutions in Nigeria<\/li>\n<li>Understanding and experience of selling Cloud solutions is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Capacity to comprehend the strategic issues of selling Enterprise applications solutions, including HCM<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English is a must<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable overachievement of revenue goals<\/li>\n<li>Strong desire to overachieve revenue goals<\/li>\n<li>Strong sales skills; including business justification, negotiation and closing<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of the enterprise software market<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Detailed Description and Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a large number of named accounts\/non-named accounts\/geographical territory (mainly Tier 3 accounts)<\/li>\n<li>Primary job duty is to sell business applications software\/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers.
