We are directly focused on increasing the value of our client\u2019s investment while providing \u201cpeace of mind\u201d in the day to day management of the asset.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Human Resource Officer<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with company Managing Director to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy<\/li>\n<li>Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital<\/li>\n<li>Manage recruitment, selection process and new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain employee benefit programs. Inform employees of benefits.<\/li>\n<li>Analyse and assess trends in benefits and recommend adjustments in benefits as appropriate<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement processes and procedures for the department\u2019s operation<\/li>\n<li>Organize, maintain and update employee HRIS information as needed<\/li>\n<li>Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive<\/li>\n<li>Provide counselling and guidance on HRM matters to the management team<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance<\/li>\n<li>Plan, monitor and implement employee performance appraisal on set schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Train managers on appraisal system, and coach employees accordingly<\/li>\n<li>Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary and incentives<\/li>\n<li>Ensure enforcement and compliance of Health Safety and Environment procedures across the organization<\/li>\n<li>Managing staff records and ensuring all documents are filed in Dropbox accordingly<\/li>\n<li>Understand and adhere to all pertinent labour laws<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements\/Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Educational Qualification Required: University degree in Business Administration or relevant Social Science courses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 1- 2 years relevant experience as a HR Officer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Required Skills and Competencies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Computer skills \u2013 MS office programs<\/li>\n<li>Team player<\/li>\n<li>Able to work under pressure and deadline.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage efficiently.<\/li>\n<li>Flexible and able to cope with stressful situations<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Very detailed, with strong organizational skills and the ability to plan and prioritize work schedules according to deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Facility Manager<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager, You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensuring that facilities are safe and well-functioning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Facility Manager would be responsible for the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the complete facility maintenance operation ensuring t the services provided meets the specifications according to stated agreement.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the day to day running of the facility maintenance operations, planned maintenance schedules and follow up.<\/li>\n<li>Administers all preventive and reactive maintenance jobs and make sure they are executed promptly, safely and in accordance with industry best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that all SLAs are met in accordance to client\u2019s stipulations.<\/li>\n<li>Provide leadership and direction to all project operations, including mobilization of equipment, site facilities, staffing.<\/li>\n<li>Managing and lead technical staff to ensure minimum disruptions to site activities.<\/li>\n<li>Be responsible for ensuring technical staff are properly motivated and meet all their job requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee procurement and cost evaluation of materials needed on the site.<\/li>\n<li>Planning and producing weekly roasters, schedules, routine PPM schedules, reactive task and planned corrective schedules.<\/li>\n<li>Inspect and certify work carried out by staff or contractors to ensure they meet the highest quality standards and follow up on any deficiencies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirments<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc\/BA in Facility Management, Business Administration or relevant field<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 2 years proven experience as facilities manager.<\/li>\n<li>Relevant professional qualification will be an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Well-versed in operations and facilities management best practices<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and report writing communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Good analytical\/critical thinking<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@willcoonline.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>careers@willcoonline.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0with the \u201cJob Title\u201d as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>3rd August, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Willco Property Management, is a total property management solution for all aspects of commercial, retail and residential properties.
