Since commencing operations in March 1997 the company continues to grow and exerts its presence in numerous Projects in the Nigeria Oil and Gas Industry.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Maintenance Second Line Supervisor III<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Category:<\/strong> Others<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Contracts<br \/>\n<strong>Job Nature:<\/strong> Rotation<\/p>\n<p>Job Description<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide management with reported statistical information on the total cost of ownership and effectiveness of the maintenance strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with all mandatory legal requirements and company specific requirements including standard plant and equipment inspection requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure maintenance departmental reporting compliance in accordance with company and other mandatory operating standards and requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that agreed department resource development plans are achieved against personnel performance agreements (KPA\/ KPI\u2019s) in conjunction with company training and human resources departments.<\/li>\n<li>Provide collaborative support to facilities development projects &amp; engineering group and act as focal point regarding operating\/ technical requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure adequate interfacing within department and functional support groups as outlined in operations reference and action plans<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nBehavioral Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adaptability, analytical thinking, collaboration, effective communication, courage of conviction, sound decision-making, risk management, shows initiative.<\/li>\n<li>Functional Skills: SSHE management \u2013 operations and maintenance, managing critical maintenance activities, maintenance planning, maintenance scheduling, turnaround planning, maintenance management.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering within discipline or equivalent professional experience(Indicate Class of Degree)<\/li>\n<li>Extensive knowledge of discipline design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria<\/li>\n<li>Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs<\/li>\n<li>Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as it applies to technical and business communications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Project Manager (Non-IT)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Category:<\/strong> Others<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Contracts<br \/>\n<strong>Job Nature:<\/strong> Rotation<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing and finalizing projects according to the specifications and deadlines, all while keeping the project within budget.<\/li>\n<li>Creates and reports project status and allocates resources as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Defines project governance policies and manages the financial concerns.<\/li>\n<li>Communicates and interfaces with all levels and across organizational lines, including<\/li>\n<li>the business units.<\/li>\n<li>May partner with external vendors based on the nature of the project.<\/li>\n<li>Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position.<\/li>\n<li>Project Managers on Expert Level is usually responsible for large, highly integrated projects.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors Degree preferred (Indicate Class of Degree)<\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>MS Project or other project management tools.
