Supplying Consultants to the projects and Operations of our Client, recruitment campaigns and workforce management in Oil and Gas regions around the world.<\/p>\n<p>Due to steady growth and expansion, we seek to employ competent career minded individual to join our well-established team in our Lagos office:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Oil &amp; Gas Recruitment Consultant (Trainee)<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nResponsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression<\/li>\n<li>Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated<\/li>\n<li>Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media, such as newspapers and websites<\/li>\n<li>Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships<\/li>\n<li>Headhunting \u2013 identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work<\/li>\n<li>Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question<\/li>\n<li>Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants<\/li>\n<li>Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client<\/li>\n<li>Informing candidates about the results of their interviews<\/li>\n<li>Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidates<\/li>\n<li>Using candidate databases to match the right person to the clients vacancy<\/li>\n<li>Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client<\/li>\n<li>Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc\/B.Eng Petroleum Mechanical Chemical Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Ideally overseas experience (study internship etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Applications and CV\u2019s (containing functional email addresses and mobile telephone numbers to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitnigeria@wtsenergy.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>recruitnigeria@wtsenergy.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>7th August, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>WTS Energy is the leading Consultant\/Manpower supply Company to the International Oil, Gas and Energy Industry.
