Its parent company, ARM is one of the largest non bank financial services firms in Nigeria with a focus on asset management of quoted equities and fixed income securities.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Team Member, High-Value Client Management<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full-Time<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To manage and maintain relationships with high value clients by providing excellent service delivery, investment and retirement planning advice, innovative thinking, database management, while building a deeper knowledge of the HVCs.<\/li>\n<li>This will be geared towards increasing our share of clients\u2019 wallet and building a large referral network.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Principal Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deepen relationships with high value clients based on their peculiar segments and behavioral patterns.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively develop client relationships, anticipate, and provide solutions to client needs and give high priority to client satisfaction, with responsibility for meeting or exceeding agreed performance targets and objectives, particularly those relating to net new money, and income generation.<\/li>\n<li>Accurately assess the risk profile, suitability, and appropriateness of clients when marketing Pension products and services by maintaining an accurate and up to date call report, KYC database<\/li>\n<li>Continuous monitoring of developments in the macro-economic environment in general and in the financial service sector with a view to taking advantage of the emerging opportunities and minimize the potential threats to our business e.g. changes in clients\u2019 needs and values, competitor activities, regulatory changes<\/li>\n<li>Develop behavioral analytics metrics and tools to monitor and predict client patterns to aid decision making.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum \u2013 B.A., B.Sc, B.Sc(ED), B.Tech, HND, M.Sc, MBA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Team Lead, Employer Management<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Abuja<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To directly manage the employer management team within the relationship management team.<\/li>\n<li>Focus will be on operational efficiency, innovative thinking, database management and building a trusting and deeper knowledge with a view to deepening our relationship.<\/li>\n<li>This will be geared towards increasing our share of clients\u2019 wallet and building a large referral network.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Principal Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and champion strategies to deepen relationships with employers and Pension Desk Officers based on their peculiar segments and behavioral patterns.<\/li>\n<li>Develop strategies (based on a thorough understanding of the pension industry to grow the business and maintain the company\u2019s leading position in the industry.<\/li>\n<li>Drive over-arching customer retention vision and strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Manage communication with employers and develop an employer engagement strategy.
