The company was incorporated in 1998, starting as a staffing agency based in Port Harcourt. Currently we have offices in 4 countries with our head office in Lagos.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Senior Contracts Analyst<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Req I D:<\/strong> Req-1395<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nDescription<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Administers contracts and ensures compliance with administrative procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures compliance with Company policies, standards, procedures, and contractual obligations.<\/li>\n<li>Uploads and ensures the relevant contracts database is properly updated as contracts change and events occur.<\/li>\n<li>Identifies and proposes improvements to existing contracting procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Generates contracts reports on a regular basis to properly monitor active and expiring contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the maintenance of contracts and tenders files.<\/li>\n<li>Reviews, negotiates and drafts contracts (under the supervision of the Contracts Manager)<\/li>\n<li>Drafts and communicates exceptions to tender documents and RFQ\u00b4s under the supervision of the Contracts Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Monitors Purchase Orders to ensure compliance with Company policies and highlights and reports any deviations from Company\u2019s client contracts risk standard.<\/li>\n<li>Reviews, proposes revisions, negotiates and drafts supplier contracts whenever necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Supports the Contracts Manager in the drafting and development of supplier contracts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have strong ethics in dealings with sensitive information.<\/li>\n<li>Degree in Law<\/li>\n<li>Professional qualification desired.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5 years work experience ideally in the Oil &amp; Gas industry, including at least 1 year experience in a role within the Contracts, Marketing or Legal Departments\/a Law Firm.<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills, both oral and written.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Primary Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>contracts administrator, Contracts Analyst, Legal Counsel, LL.B; B.L, MS Office, MS Power Point, Oil &amp; Gas, Operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/jobs.cbizsoft.com\/ucbizjobs\/(X(1)S(3k0xihu5kxkja5qqfke0flhm))\/jobview.aspx?jobid=Req-1395&amp;cid=cbizl_okor&amp;consintid=&amp;consid=&amp;contactid=&amp;source=\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hobark International Limited (HIL) is the parent company of the Hobark group operating in the oil and gas industry.
