Damco is part of the Maersk Group.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position of:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Finance Operations Manager<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Timely CM1 checks and signoff by Solution manager\/KAM\u2019s<\/li>\n<li>Exception handling and support CSO and especially BCO in finding solutions and process improvements when needed.<\/li>\n<li>Actively ensure that workflow are handled on time and evaluation done to improve FTHR<\/li>\n<li>ICB handling<\/li>\n<li>The FINOPS FACT Coordinator is responsible to handle of the following tasks:<\/li>\n<li>Ensure full cooperation in place for needed information flow between Solution, CO, FINOPS and GSC<\/li>\n<li>Deferments and invoice send out on time to clients internal\/external<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and support GSC activities applicable for the FINOPS FACT team<\/li>\n<li>Monitor that all figures are correct: revenue and costs for all activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Deferments:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure FACT deferment\/Kewell job is complete and correct, if not: take action towards CS to ensure timely insurance and distribution of deferments will take place in time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Data quality &amp; IOP\u2019s:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure integrity of data entered into systems (Kewill and FACT)<\/li>\n<li>Ensure integrity of data entered into systems by the GSC (Kewill \u2013 LCL Solution and FACT)<\/li>\n<li>Follow-up with Solution teams for resolution of issues\/queries + ensure timely response to customer<\/li>\n<li>Update, maintain and create customer specific IOP\u2019s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Operational Finance:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure original sales invoice created and send to customer<\/li>\n<li>Ensure dispatch invoices by e-mail or regular mail<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely ICB attendance<\/li>\n<li>Execute and process supplier invoices (Workflow handling)<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely CM1 checks per SO\/container conducted<\/li>\n<li>Update Cost and Revenue Estimates where required<\/li>\n<li>Perform Job profitability review, before invoicing In case of negative CM1\/Container\/SO this is to be reported to BCO manager and CS head<\/li>\n<li>Timely attendance to missing billing as per KPI\u2019s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Exception handling:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>NO RR KPI ETA+15 days<\/li>\n<li>Solve exception or assist in resolution<\/li>\n<li>Missing interface MODS\/FACT attendance on a weekly basis<\/li>\n<li>Send out and follow up upon open PO and SO without PO lists<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nExperience Preferably:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Increased and advanced FACT knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Increased and advanced knowledge of EXCEL<\/li>\n<li>Focus on data quality and improvement of processes and overall data quality\/output.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Key Competencies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accurate<\/li>\n<li>Proactive<\/li>\n<li>Transparent<\/li>\n<li>Leadership Capability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>We Offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Creating success in a team and managing innovative technologies<\/li>\n<li>Working closely together with a unique international team<\/li>\n<li>Are you ready to coordinate a team and can you handle a new future?<\/li>\n<li>Get ready to join our team by using the apply button to register your application.
