Demonstrates strong problem solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Must be current on trends in design, typography and advertising design<\/li>\n<li>Delivers superior design work despite time restrictions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Graphic Design or related field<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years experience in Graphic Design or related field.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Corel Draw , Illustrator and Photoshop<\/li>\n<li>Strong design sense with work to demonstrate this, skills, demonstrates the ability to learn quickly, can handle multiple projects in a dynamic business environment. Demonstrates strong problem solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Deeper understanding of technical aspects of design production (details, grids, charts and graphs for example).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Key Competencies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conceptual Creativity: Ability to think in abstract terms; can make connections between unrelated notions; can formulate innovative ideas where others cannot; seen as original and value-added in brainstorming sessions<\/li>\n<li>Understanding and Implementing Direction: Can understand creative direction based on objectives and executes creative work effectively.
