Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Closely track brand performance at the retail market, local market competition activities and peer group analysis review:-<\/li>\n<li>Tracking performance vs target vs competition<\/li>\n<li>Competitive monitoring and insight generation<\/li>\n<li>Track trade value chain and competitive offtake bi-weekly<\/li>\n<li>Sales \u2013 Ensuring Primary and Secondary Targets are met<\/li>\n<li>To monitor schemes re-distribution so as to drive sales objectives<\/li>\n<li>Track sales vehicle and generate weekly report for management decisions<\/li>\n<li>To ensure improvement in Retail Development Executive productivity using various tools<\/li>\n<li>Compile and deliver business intelligence reports on SALES VANS, BUS and TRICYCLE scheme to end users on regular basis<\/li>\n<li>To ensure timely communication of schemes, new models, events etc. to Retailers<\/li>\n<li>To monitor and ensure structured Standard Operating Procedure for Field Force<\/li>\n<li>To ensure a strong network against competition<\/li>\n<li>To ensure range selling in specified channel<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for gathering of territory and Area level field data to keep the system in check; spot check\/back check brand activities\/retail activations<\/li>\n<li>Run queries on own data (Business Objectives) and performs analysis to support decision making process; give\/enhance a competitive edge.<\/li>\n<li>Leverages Google Analytics reporting tools to analyze and report on site visitor\/customer activities and identify areas for improvement; measure search behavior, conversion rates, referrals, purchase patterns.<\/li>\n<li>Provides integrated marketing analytical trends across customers and channels, contributing to in-market action plans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>He or she must hold a B.Sc or HND in any field<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3-5 years\u2019 working sales experience<\/li>\n<li>The incumbent must be comfortable with traveling to different part of the country and must be organized to keep track of brand details<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong research and analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Ability to think creatively and innovatively, forecast and identify trends and challenges<\/li>\n<li>Budget-management skills all the quality control standards are maintained<\/li>\n<li>To ensure all materials received are of right &amp; agreed specifications<\/li>\n<li>To ensure all the finished products are as per quality standards<\/li>\n<li>To ensure renewal of all the regulatory licenses NAFDAC, OGEPA etc.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure QMS system implementation &amp; ISO 9001 2015 maintenance<\/li>\n<li>To Ensure all Good Manufacturing practices are followed as per industry standards<\/li>\n<li>Training of new quality control personnel.<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance &amp; calibration of lab equipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Education: B.Sc \u2013 Chemistry &amp; MSc \u2013 Food Technology<\/li>\n<li>Work Experience: Minimum 15 years\u2019 experience as Quality Assurance Manager in Process Industry.<\/li>\n<li>Back Ground: Should have minimum of 5 years as a Quality Assurance Manager out of 15 years.<\/li>\n<li>Age: 40 +<\/li>\n<li>Type
