We aim at being a globally recognized and valued corporation offering right from Business Consulting services, Technology consulting services and managed services that are at par with international standards.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Senior Manager \/ Director, Business Development<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nResponsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Brainstorming with business development team to create new project strategies<\/li>\n<li>Identifying sales and services that would appeal to new clients<\/li>\n<li>Managing company and client expectations<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing timeframes and budgets<\/li>\n<li>Creating sales pitches<\/li>\n<li>Executing sales objectives<\/li>\n<li>Managing client accounts<\/li>\n<li>Finding and following new sales leads<\/li>\n<li>Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients<\/li>\n<li>Attending networking events<\/li>\n<li>Negotiating sales contracts<\/li>\n<li>Preparing sales contracts ( RFP ); following company rules and guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Building trust and long-term relationships with clients\/customers<\/li>\n<li>Managing records of sales, revenue, and other important data<\/li>\n<li>Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Cultivating positive interactions and relationships with sales representatives, team leaders and managers, and executives to evaluate sales strategy and results<\/li>\n<li>Motivating team members to exceed expected goals<\/li>\n<li>Developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty<\/li>\n<li>Researching market and industry trends.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements\/Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree(s) and\/or equivalent experience required<\/li>\n<li>BCS or B E or any technically education will be preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The ideal candidate:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must Have Business Development Experience in selling IT solutions along with the Below.<\/li>\n<li>3 to 5 years of experience in Nigeria and working in the areas of Business\/Systems Analysis, Systems Integration &amp; Deployment, Customer Relationship Management, Process Engineering, Knowledge\/Content Management, or Call Center\/Customer Service operations;<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in a matrix environment and with enterprise search technologies (e.g. Google), knowledge management systems or case management systems is a plus;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to drive an idea or concept through a successful implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Translate business requirements into IT application impacts and business process impacts.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Agile\/ waterfall techniques such as specification by example, story map creation, activity diagramming, process flows, use cases, user story creation and functional specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with business partners and architects to find innovative technology solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in project management and testing such as creating and executing test scenarios and conditions.<\/li>\n<li>Leadership \u2013 everyone is a leader mentality.<\/li>\n<li>Self-starter and naturally curious, able to work in fast paced agile \/ Waterfall development environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\n25th August, 2018.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should forward their CV&#8217;s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@gsds.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>hr@gsds.com.ng<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At GSD Solutions Limited we understand, assess and assemble processes to deliver the most accurate combination of data output for our discerning clientele.
