The License enables EMTS provide Fixed Telephony (wired or wireless), Digital Mobile Services, International Gateway Services and National\/Regional Long Distance Services in addition to spectrum assignments in the 900 and 1800 MHz bands.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Senior Engineer, Solution Architect (Transport Network)<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Abuja<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and design fixed access and transport networks infrastructure to support the delivery of enterprise solutions and technologies such as IP\/MPLS, PDH\/SDH\/DWDM, FTTx, xDSL, Wi-Fi &amp; Cloud<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Principal Functions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare scope of work, RFQs, RFPs, budgets etc. for building the enterprise networks infrastructure to provide Wi-Fi, FTTX &amp; Cloud based solutions for corporate organizations.<\/li>\n<li>Work with cross-functional teams on seamless design and implementation of project scope<\/li>\n<li>Plan and raise technical work orders for service integration<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and drive Technical Site Surveys<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical support for enterprise customers<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the enterprise sales cycle to gather customer business needs and define technical requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for analysing, designing and developing commercially viable end-to-end transport(IP &amp; TX) solutions for the customers based on their specifications and business needs.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for all planning, design and optimization activities for fixed access and Transport networks to ensure optimum quality and network performance of the enterprise network infrastructure.<\/li>\n<li>Design and directE2E integration of cost-effective and efficient transmission topology systems to support the provisioning of enterprise network services.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare Highlevel and detailed E2Etransport (IP &amp; TX) plan &amp; connection diagram using MS Visio &amp; MsExcel.<\/li>\n<li>Fixed Access&amp; backhaul Transmission dimensioning of capacity requirement for enterprise services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Educational Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience,Skills &amp; Competencies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Three (3) to Five (5) years relevant post NYSC work experience ina mobile telecommunications transport environment with technical expertise in planning, designing, integrating and optimizing integrated transport networks and nodes such as MW, PDH\/SDH, DWDM and IP-MPLS on both core and access networks.<\/li>\n<li>Presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Problem Solving<\/li>\n<li>Ability to Innovate<\/li>\n<li>Passion for Excellence<\/li>\n<li>Integrity<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Team work<\/li>\n<li>Customer Focus<\/li>\n<li>Transport (IP &amp; TX)Network Planning and Design<\/li>\n<li>Sound knowledge of Mobile&amp; Enterprise Networks<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge ofLast mile connectivity, interfaces, IP \/ Data communications and various transmission technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Last mile network Design &amp;planning<\/li>\n<li>Bandwidth and capacity planning &amp; management<\/li>\n<li>Cisco\/Huawei\/JuniperCertification<\/li>\n<li>Logical decision-making abilities<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple projects within the established scope, budget and timeline.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/careers.9mobile.com.ng\/OA_HTML\/OA.jsp?page=\/oracle\/apps\/irc\/candidateSelfService\/webui\/VisVacDispPG&amp;OAHP=IRC_EXT_SITE_VISITOR_APPL&amp;OASF=IRC_VIS_VAC_DISPLAY&amp;akRegionApplicationId=821&amp;transactionid=1135793658&amp;retainAM=N&amp;addBreadCrumb=RP&amp;p_svid=3278&amp;p_spid=61775&amp;oapc=5&amp;oas=dKCdZP0MVwivvFJ5eeYVyA..\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>9mobile, is a Nigerian private limited liability company.
