Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Corporate Sales Manager<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lekki Phase 1, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop the business portfolio based on the company\u2019s strategic objective<\/li>\n<li>Develop the company\u2019s product mix based on customer survey reports<\/li>\n<li>Develop the business plan and deliver the sales strategy<\/li>\n<li>Develop the portfolio of prospects into clients, selling the full service, products and solutions mix of the company Meet and exceed all revenue targets set quarterly and annually<\/li>\n<li>Develop the business opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Set up meetings, and presentations<\/li>\n<li>Generate leads through market and client research<\/li>\n<li>Ensure our client, customers database and all information management is accurate, tidy and regularly updated<\/li>\n<li>Manage the CRM tool and ensure regular reporting on the sales funnel<\/li>\n<li>Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics within specific markets<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the development of marketing literature.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The ideal candidates will have a minimum of second class lower division from a four-year higher institution with a minimum of 1 year working experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Retail Sales Executive<br \/>\nLocations<\/strong>: (Lekki Phase 1, and Victoria Island) Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attending to customers and clients<\/li>\n<li>Positively deal with enquiries about company and company products<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring all sales associates perform their duties and are monitored closely<\/li>\n<li>Manage relationships with existing clients and ensure maximum market penetration<\/li>\n<li>Effectively serve walk in buyers and convert them to return customers through cordial, efficient and effective customer relations<\/li>\n<li>Positively represent the interest of the company both within and outside your working hours<\/li>\n<li>Promoting sales and customer relations<\/li>\n<li>Keeping up on information about brands sold and competitors<\/li>\n<li>Merchandising<\/li>\n<li>Preparing of weekly reports and rapid after sales service<\/li>\n<li>Any other responsibility that may be assigned from time to time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The ideal candidates will have a minimum of second class lower division from a four-year higher institution with a minimum of 1 year working experience.<\/li>\n<li>Good customer service skill<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility to work effectively in the supervisor and negotiator role.<\/li>\n<li>Proven leadership ability and sale staff management experience.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of the Market\/environment<\/li>\n<li>Experience in sales (Retail) would be highly desirable<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate in all levels with an excellent capacity of persuasion and negotiation<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge and use of computer and Microsoft
