This first batch of home-made Fastizers Cookies, produced with less than N1,000,\u00a0 got so much positive feedback it inspired the production of subsequent batches, however still on a small scale from a home-kitchen.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Sales Representative<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Ibadan, Oyo<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitoring, evaluating and supervision of distributors and sub distributors performances in the assigned territory.<\/li>\n<li>Enhancement of customers\u2019 payment and re-ordering of the products.<\/li>\n<li>Plan the use of resources efficiently and effectively to maximize return on investment.<\/li>\n<li>Feedback to the management on competitors\u2019 activities, market situations and customer\u2019s complaint.<\/li>\n<li>Handle and respond to existing products queries from clients quickly, effectively and accurately<\/li>\n<li>Ensure products availability, visibility and accessibility.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and report canvassers\u2019 activities in the territory.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure we are in every outlet selling snacks by deliberately recruiting outlets<\/li>\n<li>Create demand for the distributors and sub distributors in the allocated territory by constantly introducing our brand to retailers and consumers.<\/li>\n<li>Selling and redistributing of the company\u2019s products in the territory.<\/li>\n<li>Effective penetration and coverage of the supermarkets, chain stores, corporate organizations, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with the distributors and sub distributors to organize, control and supervise Merchandisers and as well maintain their database.<\/li>\n<li>Developing sales strategies\/plans and achieve performance target.<\/li>\n<li>Achieving sales target, growth and market share objective within the territory.<\/li>\n<li>Effective customer relationship management and retention.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>OND in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2-3 years relevant work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to drive and possess a valid driver\u2019s license.<\/li>\n<li>Applicants MUST be resident in Ibadan<\/li>\n<li>Applicant must have knowledge of every major markets in Ibadan-Agbeni market, Dugbe,Ogunpa etc.<\/li>\n<li>Proven excellence of sales and target meeting skills<\/li>\n<li>Determination and the drive to work towards targets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:recruitment@fastizers.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">recruitment@fastizers.com<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>31st August, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fastizers Food and Confectionery Limited started with its first production of cookies 5 years ago, desiring to cater to its immediate community.
