As a leading professional services firm, we have much to contribute to public policy, business and society throughout the world.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0IT Business Analyst<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>IT business analyst strives to meet the information technology business needs by accessing business models and integrating them with technology<\/li>\n<li>As there is advancement in technology and boom in computerization, RyteGate is in requirement of talented and knowledgeable IT business analysts. If you are looking for a career in IT business analysis and has the level of skillset and competencies required for this position then this position is open for you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualification Criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Computer Science\/Information Technology\/Software Engineering or any related courses<\/li>\n<li>Master\u2019s Degree in Business Administrations\/Information Technology or related courses<\/li>\n<li>PMP Certified an assets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Acting as an interface between the clients, development team and the development support team<\/li>\n<li>Executing test scenarios and test scripts and making necessary changes in the projects to meet client requirements Gather intelligence from corporate executives and middle managers about needs and future growth<\/li>\n<li>Partner with application directors and creators to ensure each project meets a specific need and resolves successfully<\/li>\n<li>Assume responsibility for project tasks and ensure they are completed in a timely fashion<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate, test and recommend new opportunities for enhancing our software, hardware and IT processes<\/li>\n<li>Compile and distribute reports on application development and deployment<\/li>\n<li>Design and execute A\/B testing procedures to extract data from test runs<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate and draw conclusions from data related to customer behavior<\/li>\n<li>Consult with the executive team and the IT department on the newest technology and its implications in the industry<\/li>\n<li>Providing developmental suggestions to the company and improving operational efficiency of the company by helping in the development process<\/li>\n<li>Collecting requirements for the project business, analyzing them and guiding the developmental team in optimizing their work<\/li>\n<li>Assisting at various levels of project and helping in task analysis<\/li>\n<li>Evaluating the data collected by project development team and preparing hardware and software requirement specifications understanding these details<\/li>\n<li>Documenting the projects by preparing functional specification documents and user interface guides for the reference of the end users<\/li>\n<li>Designing and documenting functional specification requirements such as GUI (Graphical User Interface) designs, and input and output device requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Competencies Required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Effective project management skills and ability to resolve critical problems<\/li>\n<li>Should be proficient in various programming technologies coupled with expertise in hardware and networking technologies<\/li>\n<li>Ability to document complex business processes and handle all types of client requests<\/li>\n<li>Sound analytical skills, mathematical skills and ability to solve critical problems<\/li>\n<li>Ability to interpret and collate relevant data<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under extensive pressure and deliver efficient results on time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should<strong>:<\/strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/securishield.ca\/orangehrm\/symfony\/web\/index.php\/recruitmentApply\/applyVacancy\/id\/20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Or<\/p>\n<p>Send their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@rytegate.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>careers@rytegate.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>27th August, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>RyteGate Technologies provides consulting and information technology advisory services to a wide range of local and international clients.
