Job Title:\u00a0Manager, Revenue Assurance (Circuit and Packet Switched Networks)
\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja, NG<\/p>\nJob Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Responsible for developing and implementing a life cycle approach to minimizing revenue across EMTS including:<\/li>\n
- Responsibility of for overall assurance of the entire Circuit and packet switched Networks and Value-Added platforms; ensuring that potential revenue leakages\/ losses across the platforms are proactively identified and mitigated.<\/li>\n
- Providing expert opinion on Revenue impact of Network processes and activities including new node implementations, integrations, operation change management and downtime.<\/li>\n
- Maximizing revenue by reducing leakages and identifying revenue opportunities in relevant processes<\/li>\n
- Allocation of resources to investigate, analyze, evaluate and correct revenue impacting issues that arise throughout the organization<\/li>\n
- Responsibility for continuous improvement and special projects to identify new revenue opportunities and improve revenue assurance practice incompetence development, establishment of methodologies, best practices.<\/li>\n
- Review and recommend changes on oil revenue related policies, processes, procedures and business rules to minimize revenue leakage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Principal Functions<\/strong>
\nTactical:<\/p>\n\n- Development of revenue assurance best practices for the company<\/li>\n
- Creation of revenue assurance KPI on the revenue assurance\/fraud management tool(CONNECTIVA SYSTEM).<\/li>\n
- Perform root cause analysis of issues on the Circuit and packet Switched Networks; follow through to resolution and communicate to appropriate parties.<\/li>\n
- Monitoring of system owners to ensure proper set up of system in order to maximize leakages<\/li>\n
- Establish and maintain Relationships with key internal and external stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Operational:<\/p>\n
\n- Cross Functional role, providing independent internal consultancy aimed at protecting the various revenue streams of the business<\/li>\n
- Develop KPIs across functional areas to monitor revenue maximization<\/li>\n
- Develop revenue assurance culture acrossEMTS<\/li>\n
- Key role in the revenue management value stream & Project prioritization of EMTS Nigeria<\/li>\n
- Creation of a revenue responsible organization, to be alert for revenue leakage, over-billing and revenue maximizing opportunities<\/li>\n
- Acquisition and implementation of essential automated tolls\/ solution, to test for and monitor leakage and the adequacy of business rules<\/li>\n
- Embedded technological and organizational change into day to day processes, to proactively minimize the possibility of revenue leakage<\/li>\n
- Quantifiable monitoring mechanisms must be introduced around the strategies to ensure success in implementing these strategies<\/li>\n
- Represent the status, current action plans and future direction of revenue Assurance to the revenue Assurance SteeringCommittee<\/li>\n
- To be the Revenue Assurance champion working closed with the Revenue Assurance Management members as well as with executive management.<\/li>\n
- Improving and streamlining current revenue assurance tools, processes and procedures<\/li>\n
- Identifying new revenue opportunity areas within the revenue lifecycle; and<\/li>\n
- Enforcement of the Revenue AssuranceManagement Strategy.<\/li>\n
- Approval of revenue assurance focusedcriteria used as a standard before a new product or network element isimplemented<\/li>\n
- Delegate for the HOD, Revenue Assurance& Fraud Management<\/li>\n
- Ensure that the revenue affecting business processes have inbuilt mechanisms to assure revenue streams via visibility, controls and good process design<\/li>\n
- Establishing and maintainingreconciliation processes to ensure end-to-end visibility of revenue streams anddata accuracy<\/li>\n
- Ensure data integrity in all revenueimpacting systems across EMTS<\/li>\n
- Build controls into revenue impactingprojects within EMTS<\/li>\n
- Ensure ad hoc review of all rate tableswithin EMTS billing systems<\/li>\n
- Manage, co-ordinate and conduct one-offand recurring analyses to test\/elicit the suitability of business processes<\/li>\n
- Actively seek revenue leakage within EMTSand work with involved parties to plug leakage and ensure future revenues areassured<\/li>\n
- Benchmarking KPIsacross the industry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
