We pride ourselves in how well we assist organizations overcome challenges that bother on optimal performance by proffering a wide array of solutions through the use of deep IT expertise, industry-wide expertise and highly proficient tools.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Digital Banking Sales Officer<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partake in online promotions and campaigns to project the organization and drive traffic to the website<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with back end support staff to continually improve user experience<\/li>\n<li>Work with product providers for regular updates to ensure ease of accessing their product features<\/li>\n<li>Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep in-house strategies up to date<\/li>\n<li>Use web analytics tools to measure site traffic aimed at better optimization of marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media etc<\/li>\n<li>Grow prospect database by identifying, contacting and recruiting potential website users<\/li>\n<li>Promote website popularity via social media to ensure a steady stream of traffic<\/li>\n<li>Identify new trends in web-based marketing and evaluate new technologies to ensure the organizational brand is at the fore front of industry developments particularly in the area of retail banking and broadband services<\/li>\n<li>Brainstorm new and creative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as a retail banker or similar role; sales or customer service experience is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Sound knowledge of retail banking and broadband services<\/li>\n<li>Good written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Organizational and time management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively in a team environment.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in social media marketing<\/li>\n<li>Highly proficient in Microsoft word, Power Point, Excel Digital Media Software Skills and Search Engine Optimisation Skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or any related field.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2-3 years working experience as a retail marketing officer<\/li>\n<li>Experience in online retail marketing will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Certification in social media marketing will also be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Must have retail banking and digital marketing experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@kloverharris.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>recruitment@kloverharris.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>25th August, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kloverharris Limited is a Human resource\/IT Consulting company that provides high-quality services to businesses across Africa.
