We are passionate about brewing and have a long tradition of craftsmanship, making superb beer from high quality natural ingredients.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Invoicing Clerk<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Reference Number:<\/strong> IVC01<br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Port Harcourt, Rivers<br \/>\n<strong>Work Level:<\/strong> Junior<br \/>\n<strong>Type:<\/strong> Permanent<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nDuties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review purchase invoices for accurateness.<\/li>\n<li>Research and gathered necessary information for completion of invoices.<\/li>\n<li>Track and ensure deliveries are received.<\/li>\n<li>Update customer records and issuing monthly customer statements.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with month end closeout.<\/li>\n<li>Assist clients, salesmen and co-workers with invoicing and shipping information.<\/li>\n<li>Create daily invoice report and maintain invoice files.<\/li>\n<li>Compile, analyzing and recording customers\u2019 bills.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and issue invoices and provide customer services.<\/li>\n<li>Enter shipping and inventory data in computer system.<\/li>\n<li>Verify receipts and confirm purchase contents and orders are complete.<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain detailed inventory of all incoming, outgoing, and current supplies.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare inventory for deliveries and shipping.<\/li>\n<li>Compile reports of inventory and supply balances.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nQualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of OND or its equivalent in Sciences\/Social Sciences<\/li>\n<li>1-2 years previous experience in similar role will be added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Key Competencies and Attributes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be proficient in Microsoft office application<\/li>\n<li>Good administration skills<\/li>\n<li>Good written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail and high level of accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Excellent planning and organizational skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nMarket Related.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Checker<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Reference Number:<\/strong> CKC001<br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Rivers<br \/>\n<strong>Work Level:<\/strong> Junior<br \/>\n<strong>Type:<\/strong> Permanent<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nAmongst other duties the Checker will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide support services in the Fulls and Empties Warehouses and this will include but not limited to:\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise loading and off-loading of products<\/li>\n<li>Accurately pack, palletize and tag orders<\/li>\n<li>Examine products for damages, defects and shortages<\/li>\n<li>Document product types and quantity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as may be required by Management<\/li>\n<li>Must be smart and pay attention to details<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements, Qualifications and Experience<\/strong><br \/>\nThe occupant of this position should possess:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of HND in any of the Social sciences<\/li>\n<li>1-2 years\u2019 experience in similar role preferably in a FMCG or Manufacturing environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Key Competencies and Attributes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Good communicator, with effective team-related skills<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office Suites<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of process control within a Warehouse environment<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Bias for action<\/li>\n<li>Acts with integrity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nMarket Related.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/sabmiller.mcidirecthire.com\/External\/CurrentOpportunities?Ref=VdQBCe4ez9cVcwBNr+wSP59BCQUXVuB8ep5Sisivu2PBES6FgIehQJT8wgfa8FxgWcqushrdmIO5pghfZUUxZe7pghaCgty\/xMx05JXoXutexTuPREpdRUGX4YWY8EhjgKkmzHnHjyzjQJWZzicg27oLBskz\/UV\/SJe36aqQjj0=\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SABMiller is in the beer and soft drinks business, bringing refreshment and sociability to millions of people all over the world who enjoy our drinks.
