They plan and execute digital (including email) marketing campaigns and design, maintain and supply content for the organisation\u2019s website(s).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management<\/li>\n<li>Write copy for email marketing campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing<\/li>\n<li>Work on printed material to supplement online products<\/li>\n<li>Design graphical designs to publish online<\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Oversee a social media strategy<\/li>\n<li>Manage and maintain the organisation\u2019s website(s)<\/li>\n<li>Write and optimise content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook and Twitter<\/li>\n<li>Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports<\/li>\n<li>Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion<\/li>\n<li>Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s)<\/li>\n<li>Fix any errors or bugs in online content<\/li>\n<li>Edit and post videos, podcasts and audio content to online sites<\/li>\n<li>Arrange webinars and webcasts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Professional 3-5 years experience in marketing (Online and offline)<\/li>\n<li>HND or BSC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Key skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Web development skills: A digital marketing executive is not a software developer, but you will need sound knowledge of HTML\/JavaScript, strong knowledge of search engine optimization and advanced Word and Powerpoint skills<\/li>\n<li>Project management skills: Digital marketing executives also need to be good at handling time-sensitive projects and working to deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Editing and writing skills: You need to devise and edit content for various digital platforms. Writing blog posts may well be an integral part of the job<\/li>\n<li>Speaking skills: These will mainly be deployed internally.
