Pact has presence in 29 countries around the world working in Health, Livelihoods, Governance, and Access to Markets, Capacity Development and Natural Resource Management.<\/p>\n<p>We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Program Intern<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Abuja<\/p>\n<p><strong>Program\/Technical Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide logistics and admin support during program meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Support in the collation of reports and success stories from the projects.<\/li>\n<li>Provide support on program databases and development of tools.<\/li>\n<li>Any other tasks as assigned.<\/li>\n<li>Directly support the Program Quality Director on all programmatic initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Support the development of work plans, reports and project documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct research to enhance program performance<\/li>\n<li>Collate monthly activities from field offices for country office monthly calendar.<\/li>\n<li>Provide program support to the technical team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Business Development:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the Business and program development in strategic and business development initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Research current development sector conditions and long-term market developments and trends<\/li>\n<li>Work with internal and external experts to evaluate strategic fit and business potential of growth opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with the implementation of goals related to Business Development and communication for the organization<\/li>\n<li>Writing, assisting with developing materials for use to communicate with the different stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Able to process large amount of information quickly and take decisions to solve problems capable to work effectively in a team and independently when required.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in English (any other foreign language is an asset) Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.<\/li>\n<li>Degree in International development, Social work or other related degree.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 1 year post NYSC experience in a similar role in the NGO sector.<\/li>\n<li>Motivated to work with tight deadlines and ambitious targets ,<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding communication skills (oral and written).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:pactnghr@pactworld.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>pactnghr@pactworld.org<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>2nd October, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pact, established in 1971, is an international non-governmental organization with headquarters in Washington DC, USA and has been working in Nigeria since 2005 to strengthens local capacity, forge effective governance&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10164,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[32,791],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
